Description
This charming holiday home is located in the quiet village of Rastane Donje, surrounded by nature and only 3 km away from the nearest beach. Spacious outdoor area provides a large fenced garden filled with olive groves, your private swimming pool with a hydro massage part and a children's area with a trampoline. Within the estate you will also find a garden bathroom equipped with a washing machine, toilet and a shower. Also, 2 private parking spaces are secured for the guests.
Your accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (and an additional one outside), a fully equipped open plan kitchen and an elegantly furnished living/dining area. From there you have direct access to a lovely covered terrace and pool area.
The nearest beach is only a 5-minute car drive away, same distance for restaurants. A grocery store is located just down the street from your house and supermarkets in Zadar, the regional center of Northern Dalmatia is reachable in only 15-20 minutes. Two National Parks can be visited in less than an hour drive (NP Krka and NP Paklenica) while National Park Kornati has daily organized excursions departing either from Zadar or Biograd.

We had a very pleasant stay. Fantastic home in a rural area with an olive tree garden that you look at from the house and from the pool. Communication with Kristijan was very smooth and he took care that we were fine.

A wonderful place to stay in the middle of Croatia. Kristijan is a super nice host,helpful, gives tips for the area and is always available in case of problems. The place is really very clean and very well maintained. We seldom saw anything like thissee more

The place is really very clean and very well maintained. We seldom saw anything like this. The location is very quiet and private ideal for a relaxing holiday. The pool was cleaned every morning but so early that we didn't notice it at all. Zadar and Biograd na Moru is not far away because Kristijan also gives great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. 2 parking spaces directly at the house behind the lockable gate. It was all perfect for us , we will be happy to come back !

I can't believe this place was real. The only downside was that it felt like a dream! Swimming in our own private pool under the shade of an olive tree felt like pure bliss. The house was immaculate, clean to the point it felt brand new and had everysee more

The house was immaculate, clean to the point it felt brand new and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close to excellent restaurants and beaches, everything in a 15-20 min drive. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend 7 nights. We truly hope we left everything just as pristine as we found it. This was an amazing holiday, and we’re already planning to return next year. Kristijan was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations and clearly passionate about what he does. And on top of that, he speaks perfect English, making communication a breeze. Highly, highly recommend!

Everything very clean and very nicely furnished 2 parking spaces directly at the house with private gate. Absolutely recommended! Due to a last minute cancellation from our initial booking, we contacted Kristijan one day before our arrival. He was amazingly kind and helpful from the beginning, there were no troubles at all, he started filling up the poolsee more

He was amazingly kind and helpful from the beginning, there were no troubles at all, he started filling up the pool directly after our last minute booking so we could enjoy this during our stay. The house is great as well, located in a nice and quit small village. The private property is perfect to enjoy the calming environment. Moreover, everything was very clean and all facilities were present. We would love to come back!
