Cette charmante maison de vacances est située dans le village tranquille de Rastane Donje, entourée de nature et à seulement 3 km de la plage la plus proche. Un vaste espace extérieur offre un grand jardin clôturé rempli d'oliveraies, votre piscine privée avec une partie de massage hydromassant et une zone pour enfants avec un trampoline. Sur le domaine, vous trouverez également une salle de bain de jardin équipée d'une machine à laver, d'un toilette et d'une douche. De plus, 2 places de parking privées sont sécurisées pour les invités.
Votre hébergement se compose de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain (et une supplémentaire à l'extérieur), une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée et un salon/salle à manger meublé avec élégance. De là, vous avez un accès direct à une charmante terrasse couverte et à la zone de la piscine.
La plage la plus proche n'est qu'à 5 minutes en voiture, même distance pour les restaurants. The place is really very clean and very well maintained. We seldom saw anything like this. The location is very quiet and private ideal for a relaxing holiday. The pool was cleaned every morning but so early that we didn't notice it at all. Zadar and Biograd na Moru is not far away because Kristijan also gives great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. 2 parking spaces directly at the house behind the lockable gate. It was all perfect for us , we will be happy to come back !

I can't believe this place was real. The only downside was that it felt like a dream! Swimming in our own private pool under the shade of an olive tree felt like pure bliss. The house was immaculate, clean to the point it felt brand new and had everyplus

The house was immaculate, clean to the point it felt brand new and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close to excellent restaurants and beaches, everything in a 15-20 min drive. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend 7 nights. We truly hope we left everything just as pristine as we found it. This was an amazing holiday, and we’re already planning to return next year. Kristijan was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations and clearly passionate about what he does. And on top of that, he speaks perfect English, making communication a breeze. Highly, highly recommend!

Everything very clean and very nicely furnished 2 parking spaces directly at the house with private gate. He was amazingly kind and helpful from the beginning, there were no troubles at all, he started filling up the pool directly after our last minute booking so we could enjoy this during our stay. The house is great as well, located in a nice and quit small village. The private property is perfect to enjoy the calming environment. Moreover, everything was very clean and all facilities were present. We would love to come back!
