Dieses charmante Ferienhaus befindet sich in dem ruhigen Dorf Rastane Donje, umgeben von Natur und nur 3 km vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Der geräumige Außenbereich bietet einen großen eingezäunten Garten mit Olivenhainen, Ihren privaten Swimmingpool mit Hydromassage-Bereich und einen Kinderspielbereich mit Trampolin. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich auch ein Gartenbad mit Waschmaschine, Toilette und Dusche. Außerdem sind 2 private Parkplätze für die Gäste gesichert.
Ihre Unterkunft besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern (und einem zusätzlichen im Freien), einer voll ausgestatteten offenen Küche und einem elegant eingerichteten Wohn-/Essbereich. Von dort haben Sie direkten Zugang zu einer schönen überdachten Terrasse und dem Poolbereich.
Der nächste Strand ist nur 5 Autominuten entfernt, genauso weit wie Restaurants. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft befindet sich gleich die Straße runter von Ihrem Haus und Supermärkte in Zadar, dem regionalen Zentrum Norddalmatiens, sind in nur 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Zwei Nationalparks können in weniger als einer Stunde Fahrtzeit besucht werden (NP Krka und NP Paklenica), während der Nationalpark Kornati tägliche organisierte Ausflüge hat, die entweder von Zadar oder Biograd aus starten.

A wonderful place to stay in the middle of Croatia. Kristijan is a super nice host,helpful, gives tips for the area and is always available in case of problems. The place is really very clean and very well maintained. We seldom saw anything like thismehr anzeigen

The place is really very clean and very well maintained. We seldom saw anything like this. The location is very quiet and private ideal for a relaxing holiday. The pool was cleaned every morning but so early that we didn't notice it at all. Zadar and Biograd na Moru is not far away because Kristijan also gives great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. 2 parking spaces directly at the house behind the lockable gate. It was all perfect for us , we will be happy to come back !

I can't believe this place was real. The only downside was that it felt like a dream! Swimming in our own private pool under the shade of an olive tree felt like pure bliss. The house was immaculate, clean to the point it felt brand new and had everymehr anzeigen
I can't believe this place was real. The only downside was that it felt like a dream! Swimming in our own private pool under the shade of an olive tree felt like pure bliss. The house was immaculate, clean to the point it felt brand new and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close to excellent restaurants and beaches, everything in a 15-20 min drive. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend 7 nights. We truly hope we left everything just as pristine as we found it. This was an amazing holiday, and we’re already planning to return next year. Kristijan was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations and clearly passionate about what he does. And on top of that, he speaks perfect English, making communication a breeze. Highly, highly recommend!

Everything very clean and very nicely furnished 2 parking spaces directly at the house with private gate. We felt very comfortable and the owners were super nice and professional (EnglishGerman were no problem). We will be guests again! Clear recommendation! :)

Absolutely recommended! Due to a last minute cancellation from our initial booking, we contacted Kristijan one day before our arrival. He was amazingly kind and helpful from the beginning, there were no troubles at all, he started filling up the poolmehr anzeigen

He was amazingly kind and helpful from the beginning, there were no troubles at all, he started filling up the pool directly after our last minute booking so we could enjoy this during our stay. The house is great as well, located in a nice and quit small village. The private property is perfect to enjoy the calming environment. Moreover, everything was very clean and all facilities were present. We would love to come back!
