Questa affascinante casa vacanze si trova nel tranquillo villaggio di Rastane Donje, immersa nella natura e a soli 3 km dalla spiaggia più vicina. L'ampia area esterna offre un grande giardino recintato pieno di uliveti, la tua piscina privata con idromassaggio e un'area giochi per bambini con un trampolino. All'interno della proprietà troverai anche un bagno di servizio attrezzato con lavatrice, servizi igienici e doccia. Inoltre, sono garantiti 2 posti auto privati per gli ospiti.
Il tuo alloggio è composto da 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni (e uno aggiuntivo all'esterno), una cucina a pianta aperta completamente attrezzata e un elegante soggiorno/sala da pranzo. Da lì avrai accesso diretto a una deliziosa terrazza coperta e all'area della piscina.
La spiaggia più vicina dista solo 5 minuti in auto, stessa distanza per i ristoranti. Un negozio di alimentari si trova proprio giù per la strada dalla tua casa e i supermercati a Zadar, il centro regionale della Dalmazia settentrionale, sono raggiungibili in soli 15-20 minuti. Due parchi nazionali possono essere visitati in meno di un'ora di macchina (NP Krka e NP Paklenica), mentre il Parco Nazionale di Kornati ha escursioni organizzate giornalmente che partono sia da Zadar che da Biograd.

We had a very pleasant stay. Fantastic home in a rural area with an olive tree garden that you look at from the house and from the pool. Communication with Kristijan was very smooth and he took care that we were fine.

The place is really very clean and very well maintained. We seldom saw anything like this. The location is very quiet and private ideal for a relaxing holiday. The pool was cleaned every morning but so early that we didn't notice it at all. Zadar and Biograd na Moru is not far away because Kristijan also gives great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. 2 parking spaces directly at the house behind the lockable gate. It was all perfect for us , we will be happy to come back !

I can't believe this place was real. The only downside was that it felt like a dream! Swimming in our own private pool under the shade of an olive tree felt like pure bliss. The house was immaculate, clean to the point it felt brand new and had everyvedi di più
I can't believe this place was real. The only downside was that it felt like a dream! Swimming in our own private pool under the shade of an olive tree felt like pure bliss. The house was immaculate, clean to the point it felt brand new and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close to excellent restaurants and beaches, everything in a 15-20 min drive. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend 7 nights. We truly hope we left everything just as pristine as we found it. This was an amazing holiday, and we’re already planning to return next year. Kristijan was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations and clearly passionate about what he does. And on top of that, he speaks perfect English, making communication a breeze. Highly, highly recommend!

Beach, shopping and attractions all reachable within 10-15 minutes by car. We were completely satisfied with the place and the very friendly hosts. We would come back!

Smaller and larger shopping, as well as beachescoastal towns (Biograd, ZadarSplit) are easily accessible by car. The pool is the highlight in addition to the great amenities in general! Everything very clean and very nicely furnished 2 parking spaces directly at the house with private gate. We felt very comfortable and the owners were super nice and professional (EnglishGerman were no problem). We will be guests again! Clear recommendation! :)

It should be clear to you that the house is not very big. But it's just right for a family of 4.

He was amazingly kind and helpful from the beginning, there were no troubles at all, he started filling up the pool directly after our last minute booking so we could enjoy this during our stay. The house is great as well, located in a nice and quit small village. The private property is perfect to enjoy the calming environment. Moreover, everything was very clean and all facilities were present. We would love to come back!
