Esta encantadora casa de vacaciones se encuentra en el tranquilo pueblo de Rastane Donje, rodeada de naturaleza y a solo 3 km de la playa más cercana. El amplio espacio exterior ofrece un gran jardín vallado lleno de olivares, tu piscina privada con hidromasaje y una zona infantil con trampolín. Dentro de la propiedad también encontrarás un baño de jardín equipado con lavadora, inodoro y ducha. Además, se aseguran dos plazas de aparcamiento privadas para los huéspedes.
Tu alojamiento consta de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños (y uno adicional en el exterior), una cocina totalmente equipada y un elegante salón-comedor. Desde allí tienes acceso directo a una encantadora terraza cubierta y a la zona de la piscina.
La playa más cercana está a solo 5 minutos en coche, la misma distancia que los restaurantes. Una tienda de comestibles se encuentra justo al final de la calle y los supermercados de Zadar, el centro regional de la Dalmacia del Norte, se pueden alcanzar en solo 15-20 minutos. Se pueden visitar dos Parques Nacionales en menos de una hora (NP Krka y NP Paklenica), mientras que el Parque Nacional de Kornati tiene excursiones organizadas diariamente que salen desde Zadar o Biograd.

The pool was cleaned every morning but so early that we didn't notice it at all. Zadar and Biograd na Moru is not far away because Kristijan also gives great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. 2 parking spaces directly at the house behind the lockable gate. It was all perfect for us , we will be happy to come back !

The house was immaculate, clean to the point it felt brand new and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close to excellent restaurants and beaches, everything in a 15-20 min drive. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend 7 nights. We truly hope we left everything just as pristine as we found it. This was an amazing holiday, and we’re already planning to return next year. Kristijan was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations and clearly passionate about what he does. And on top of that, he speaks perfect English, making communication a breeze. Highly, highly recommend!

The house is great as well, located in a nice and quit small village. The private property is perfect to enjoy the calming environment.
