Only a few steps from the world famous Sea Organs and close to all significant historical sites, this lovely studio apartment provides a comfortable stay for up to 2 persons. Your newly renovated second floor apartment consists of a bright and stylish, rustically decorated living room/bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a charming sea view balcony.
Sea view apartment Riva is air conditioned and has a fast Wi-Fi connection. Providing one of the best locations in Zadar, everything one might need is less than a 5 minute walk away. Restaurants and grocery stores can be found within only a hundred meters, sea is a few steps away and as soon as you exit the building you will find yourself in the old town of Zadar which invites you to explore its narrow streets, visit interesting museums, beautiful churches and much more. Two National Parks are located less than 1h away by car (NP Krka, NP Paklenica), and daily boat excursions are organized from the city center to the third one (NP Kornati). Sea view apartment Riva also offers a secured private parking space (which is available for a fee of 20 euro per day, in that case please let us know in advance).

Without a doubt, the location and the views are the best thing about the apartment. Although they have many good points: powerful and well-hot shower, comfortable bed and all the necessary kitchen utensils to spend a few days in Zadar.

There was no shelvingdrawer to put clothes. Only a hanging rail. A small problem but we had to live out of suitcase all week. Also there is no small table to eat a meal.

Perfect location in Zadar, the view is really unbeatable. You can swim in the sea right outside the apartment. The little balcony is a good spot for people watching, having a coffee, reading. Everything in the apartment was comfortable and well maintsee more

I was really glad we booked this place rather than one in the main streets of old town as they get crowded and noisy. The owner lives next door and is really friendly.

The view from the balcony is amazing. Great to be in bed and look out at the sea. It was my wife’s 60th birthday when we arrived and we were able to check in early. Josip met us and helped us with our luggage (quite a few stairs) and in the apartmentsee more

The apartment fully met our expectations. Ivan from My Dalmatia was very friendly, accommodating and helped us a lot. The situation was central with an incredible view. We had a very nice time in Zadar and would book the place again anytime.
