À seulement quelques pas des célèbres Orgues de la Mer et proche de tous les sites historiques importants, ce charmant studio offre un séjour confortable pour 2 personnes. Votre appartement rénové du deuxième étage se compose d'un salon/chambre lumineux et élégant, décoré de manière rustique avec un lit double, une salle de bain moderne, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un charmant balcon avec vue sur la mer.
L'appartement Riva avec vue sur mer est climatisé et dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi rapide. Offrant l'un des meilleurs emplacements à Zadar, tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin se trouve à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Les restaurants et les supermarchés sont à seulement cent mètres, la mer est à quelques pas et dès que vous sortez du bâtiment, vous vous retrouvez dans la vieille ville de Zadar qui vous invite à explorer ses ruelles étroites, à visiter des musées intéressants, de belles églises et bien plus encore. Deux parcs nationaux sont situés à moins d'1h en voiture (PN Krka, PN Paklenica), et des excursions en bateau quotidiennes sont organisées depuis le centre-ville vers le troisième (PN Kornati). L'appartement Riva avec vue sur mer propose également une place de parking privée sécurisée (disponible moyennant des frais de 20 euros par jour, dans ce cas veuillez nous en informer à l'avance).

Without a doubt, the location and the views are the best thing about the apartment. Although they have many good points: powerful and well-hot shower, comfortable bed and all the necessary kitchen utensils to spend a few days in Zadar.

There was no shelvingdrawer to put clothes. Only a hanging rail. A small problem but we had to live out of suitcase all week. Also there is no small table to eat a meal.

Perfect location in Zadar, the view is really unbeatable. You can swim in the sea right outside the apartment. The little balcony is a good spot for people watching, having a coffee, reading. Everything in the apartment was comfortable and well maintplus

Everything in the apartment was comfortable and well maintained. It’s close to the sea organ and you can hear it (also at night) but it’s a nice sound and not something that would affect your sleep. I was really glad we booked this place rather than one in the main streets of old town as they get crowded and noisy. The owner lives next door and is really friendly.

The view from the balcony is amazing. Great to be in bed and look out at the sea. It was my wife’s 60th birthday when we arrived and we were able to check in early. Josip met us and helped us with our luggage (quite a few stairs) and in the apartmentplus

The apartment fully met our expectations. Ivan from My Dalmatia was very friendly, accommodating and helped us a lot. The situation was central with an incredible view. We had a very nice time in Zadar and would book the place again anytime.
