Apartment Riva mit seinem atemberaubenden Meerblick befindet sich in einem der schönsten Teile von Zadar. Nur wenige Schritte von den weltberühmten Meeresorgeln entfernt und in der Nähe aller bedeutenden historischen Stätten bietet diese liebevolle Studiowohnung einen komfortablen Aufenthalt für bis zu 2 Personen. Ihre neu renovierte Wohnung im zweiten Stock besteht aus einem hellen und stilvollen, rustikal eingerichteten Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem modernen Badezimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem charmanten Balkon mit Meerblick.
Die Meerblick-Wohnung Riva ist klimatisiert und verfügt über eine schnelle WLAN-Verbindung. Mit einer der besten Lagen in Zadar ist alles, was man benötigen könnte, weniger als 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte befinden sich in nur hundert Metern Entfernung, das Meer ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und sobald man das Gebäude verlässt, findet man sich in der Altstadt von Zadar wieder, die zum Erkunden ihrer engen Gassen, zum Besuch interessanter Museen, schöner Kirchen und vielem mehr einlädt. Zwei Nationalparks befinden sich weniger als 1 Stunde Autofahrt entfernt (NP Krka, NP Paklenica), und täglich werden Bootsausflüge vom Stadtzentrum zum dritten Nationalpark (NP Kornati) organisiert. Die Meerblick-Wohnung Riva bietet auch einen gesicherten privaten Parkplatz (der gegen eine Gebühr von 20 Euro pro Tag verfügbar ist, in diesem Fall bitten wir um vorherige Benachrichtigung).

Without a doubt, the location and the views are the best thing about the apartment. Although they have many good points: powerful and well-hot shower, comfortable bed and all the necessary kitchen utensils to spend a few days in Zadar.

There was no shelvingdrawer to put clothes. Only a hanging rail. A small problem but we had to live out of suitcase all week. Also there is no small table to eat a meal.

Perfect location in Zadar, the view is really unbeatable. You can swim in the sea right outside the apartment. The little balcony is a good spot for people watching, having a coffee, reading. Everything in the apartment was comfortable and well maintmehr anzeigen

Everything in the apartment was comfortable and well maintained. It’s close to the sea organ and you can hear it (also at night) but it’s a nice sound and not something that would affect your sleep. I was really glad we booked this place rather than one in the main streets of old town as they get crowded and noisy. The owner lives next door and is really friendly.

The view from the balcony is amazing. Great to be in bed and look out at the sea. It was my wife’s 60th birthday when we arrived and we were able to check in early. Josip met us and helped us with our luggage (quite a few stairs) and in the apartmentmehr anzeigen

The apartment fully met our expectations. Ivan from My Dalmatia was very friendly, accommodating and helped us a lot. The situation was central with an incredible view. We had a very nice time in Zadar and would book the place again anytime.
