This lovely detached holiday home located on 2000 square meter private estate offers a lot of privacy and ideal stress free vacation. In the same time the nearest beach is only 12 km away.
This tastefully decorated house offers cozy living/dining area with direct access to the private terrace, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Outdoor area features a nice private swimming pool with sun shower, sun loungers, beautiful covered terrace with lounge set, BBQ area with an open fire place and dining table. Next to the pool there is an additional fully equipped outdoor bathroom. The pool has a hydro-massage feature and is maintained by a process called salt electrolysis which drastically improves the quality of water. Spacious fenced garden offers splendid mountains view.
City of Obrovac is only 2.5 kilometers away. There you can find shops, restaurants, ambulance, bank and tourist office. A charming mixture of the nearby river canyon and mountains offers a variety of activities such as rafting, kayaking, cycling, trekking, mountain biking, off-road safari. The Adriatic sea is only 12 kilometers away. Within 1 hour of driving distance you can visit the ancient town of Zadar as well as many national parks: Paklenica, Krka waterfalls and Plitvice lakes.

Our hosts of the villa were accommodating, very hospitable and available at any time. A lot of emphasis is placed on the cleanliness of the entire facility and accordingly maintained. We would spend our vacation in this accommodation again at any time and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Absolutely fantastic villa, highly recommended. No expense has been spared with this villa- everything is high quality and comfortable. The pool is fabulous with the solar top keeping the water at the perfect temperature, the wifi is great, all the appliances are high quality and immaculately clean. There are mosquito nets on all the windows too. On top of all of that the villa is very quiet and peaceful, with stunning views of the mountains in a very private setting. Absolutely perfect. You will need a car to come here. Agneza and Ivan have been great hosts too- very easy to deal with and very accommodating.

Many towels in stock and even shower gel both inside and at the outdoor shower by the pool, which by the way was wonderfully warm in temperature. Quiet location and yet within reachable distance to visit most of the national parks by car nearby as well as the various bays and beautiful spots on the seafront. Very friendly owners who welcomed us with a nice meal and who maintained their accommodation with great care. Highly recommended!

We spent 2 fantastic weeks in this great holiday home! It is absolutely quiet and beautifully located with an insignificant view. There are national parks and the beautiful river Zrmanja nearby. Those who love nature will feel very comfortable there.see more
