Questa deliziosa casa vacanze indipendente, situata su un terreno privato di 2000 metri quadrati, offre molta privacy e una vacanza ideale priva di stress. Allo stesso tempo, la spiaggia più vicina dista solo 12 km.
Questa casa arredata con gusto offre un accogliente soggiorno/sala da pranzo con accesso diretto alla terrazza privata, una cucina moderna completamente attrezzata, 3 camere da letto confortevoli e 2 bagni. L'area esterna presenta una bella piscina privata con doccia esterna, lettini, una splendida terrazza coperta con zona relax, area barbecue con camino esterno e tavolo da pranzo. Accanto alla piscina è presente un ulteriore bagno esterno completamente attrezzato. La piscina ha una funzione idromassaggio ed è mantenuta mediante un processo di elettrolisi salina che migliora drasticamente la qualità dell'acqua. L'ampio giardino recintato offre una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne.
La città di Obrovac dista solo 2,5 chilometri. Qui è possibile trovare negozi, ristoranti, ambulatorio, banca e ufficio turistico. Un affascinante mix di canyon fluviale e montagne offre una varietà di attività come rafting, kayak, ciclismo, trekking, mountain bike, safari fuoristrada. Il Mar Adriatico è distante solo 12 chilometri. Entro un'ora di guida è possibile visitare l'antica città di Zara e numerosi parchi nazionali: Paklenica, Cascate di Krka e Laghi di Plitvice.

Our hosts of the villa were accommodating, very hospitable and available at any time. A lot of emphasis is placed on the cleanliness of the entire facility and accordingly maintained. We would spend our vacation in this accommodation again at any time and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The pool is fabulous with the solar top keeping the water at the perfect temperature, the wifi is great, all the appliances are high quality and immaculately clean. There are mosquito nets on all the windows too. On top of all of that the villa is very quiet and peaceful, with stunning views of the mountains in a very private setting. Absolutely perfect. You will need a car to come here. Agneza and Ivan have been great hosts too- very easy to deal with and very accommodating.

I stayed at Villa Sucic for 10 days with 5 friends. The villa is a dream. Everything you need is on hand. The house has air conditioning and the bedrooms too. Three very clean bathrooms, each with a shower. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The dining area at the top of the terrace overlooking the pool was ideal. Below is a covered sitting area with a large stonewall oven/grill. Next to the pool there is a bathroom with a shower outside, then you do not have to walk wet through the house in between.The big pool was our highlight. A big recommendation from my side. We will be back. ☹️🌴 The house owners are always available and really very nice and loving.💕

Many towels in stock and even shower gel both inside and at the outdoor shower by the pool, which by the way was wonderfully warm in temperature. Quiet location and yet within reachable distance to visit most of the national parks by car nearby as well as the various bays and beautiful spots on the seafront. Very friendly owners who welcomed us with a nice meal and who maintained their accommodation with great care. Highly recommended!
