Esta encantadora casa de vacaciones independiente, ubicada en una finca privada de 2000 metros cuadrados, ofrece mucha privacidad y unas vacaciones ideales libres de estrés. Al mismo tiempo, la playa más cercana está a solo 12 km.
Esta casa decorada con gusto ofrece una acogedora zona de estar/comedor con acceso directo a la terraza privada, una cocina moderna totalmente equipada, 3 dormitorios cómodos y 2 baños. El área exterior cuenta con una bonita piscina privada con ducha solar, tumbonas, una hermosa terraza cubierta con zona de descanso, área de barbacoa con chimenea abierta y mesa de comedor. Junto a la piscina hay un baño exterior adicional completamente equipado. La piscina tiene una característica de hidromasaje y se mantiene mediante un proceso de electrólisis salina que mejora drásticamente la calidad del agua. El amplio jardín vallado ofrece una espléndida vista a las montañas.
La ciudad de Obrovac está a solo 2,5 kilómetros. Allí puede encontrar tiendas, restaurantes, ambulancia, banco y oficina de turismo. Una encantadora mezcla del cercano cañón del río y las montañas ofrece una variedad de actividades como rafting, kayak, ciclismo, senderismo, mountain bike, safari todoterreno. El mar Adriático está a solo 12 kilómetros. En un radio de 1 hora de conducción puede visitar la antigua ciudad de Zadar, así como muchos parques nacionales: Paklenica, Cataratas de Krka y Lagos de Plitvice.

The pool is fabulous with the solar top keeping the water at the perfect temperature, the wifi is great, all the appliances are high quality and immaculately clean. There are mosquito nets on all the windows too. On top of all of that the villa is very quiet and peaceful, with stunning views of the mountains in a very private setting. Absolutely perfect. You will need a car to come here. Agneza and Ivan have been great hosts too- very easy to deal with and very accommodating.

I stayed at Villa Sucic for 10 days with 5 friends. The villa is a dream. Everything you need is on hand. The house has air conditioning and the bedrooms too. Three very clean bathrooms, each with a shower. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The dining area at the top of the terrace overlooking the pool was ideal. Below is a covered sitting area with a large stonewall oven/grill. Next to the pool there is a bathroom with a shower outside, then you do not have to walk wet through the house in between.The big pool was our highlight. A big recommendation from my side. We will be back. ☹️🌴 The house owners are always available and really very nice and loving.💕

Many towels in stock and even shower gel both inside and at the outdoor shower by the pool, which by the way was wonderfully warm in temperature. Quiet location and yet within reachable distance to visit most of the national parks by car nearby as well as the various bays and beautiful spots on the seafront. Very friendly owners who welcomed us with a nice meal and who maintained their accommodation with great care. Highly recommended!
