Description
Here you find privacy, comfort and the typical local Dalmatian style. This lovely holiday home comes with a private pool and is located in the backyard of Zadar called Ravni Kotari. An area known for great wine, stone production and agriculture. Zadar with its famous old town is reachable in half an hour and the nearest beach, located in Pakostane, is only 15 km away. Built in 1882 and fully renovated in 2020, Villa Zvonko offers an authentic Dalmatian experience.
A family project which took hundreds of hours to build using only the highest quality local materials now welcomes its guests with open arms. The interior of your holiday home consists of a large and bright living/dining area which is connected to a modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen, another kitchen with a beautiful stone grill, a small fitness room and 4 lovely rustically decorated bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has it's own bathroom, a TV and an air conditioning device. There is also an additional toilet at your disposal. Next to the 230 m² of living space, you will find a spacious fenced garden with your private swimming pool, a covered pavilion with dining table, plenty of loungers where you can enjoy the sun (or the shade) and a section with fresh vegetables, you are welcome to use them for preparing your lunch or dinner. Enough parking space is provided and there is of course a fast WiFi connection at your disposal. If you're traveling with your baby, a cot and a high chair are present at the property.
The nearest sandy and stone beaches are located only a 15-minute car drive away and a large supermarket is about 3-4 km away. At the same distance you will also find good restaurants. Nature park Lake Vrana is located just 10 km from your villa, while National Park Krka can be reached in a short half an hour drive. This makes for a perfect location to explore the nearby coast and the rest of this amazing region.

A highlight was the delicious fresh fruit (figs, pomegranates) we could harvestreceived from the housekeeper. The rooms, all with their own bathrooms, were very nice and provided enough privacy. The communication with My Dalmatia and then with the landlady personally was also very nice and straightforward. We would come back and highly recommend the villa!

The rooms are tidy and clean, just like the entire outdoor area and pool.

In the large living room there are a lot of stuff around and unfortunately there were some broken appliances in the kitchen. However, Maja responded very quickly and procured a replacement.

We enjoyed our stay at villa Zvonko. The villa is very spacious and has everything we needed. It is a renovated detached space oozing with authentic charm. We could tell that this house means a lot to the family. It was nice to see photos and family see more

Air con was great, kitchen great and the bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean. We didn’t see the host while we were there but she was very responsive via messages. A guy came every other day to sort the pool and clear up leaves and he was just lovely. We found 2 adults tortoises in the garden and 3 babies! (Have a hunt!) we also fell in love with the cats and kittens from next door. Would definitely stay again! There are big supermarkets 20 mins away and smaller ones 7 mins away

Accommodation as described. Furniture full in the living area, glasses and mugs old and worn, large plates do not fit in dishwasher. Otherwise everything is very spacious. Pool very nice - but wasps not annoying during the day. In the evening frogs in the yard and pool. Turtles as a sweet pet. Tree ideal as a shade dispenser. Lying very hard. Towels in the room new and nice, bath towels should be replaced (punched). Overall, the place was very nice. Bakery 3 min away by car. Pizzaria in Benkovac very good (7 minutes away). Biograd, Zadar and Sukošan are about 30-40 minutes away. Beautiful bay with showers in Pjescana Rovanjska and beach bar. We felt at home.

It is a pity that only 6 sun loungers are available if the accommodation is designed for 8 people. Due to the strong heat, there were always a lot of wasps at/in the pool. But for the most part, these were peaceful. The pictures of the place seem to be a little older, as especially the living room and the back kitchen are full of stuff. It was convenient that you had a large storage room. The surroundings are very rural and remote, so a car is absolutely necessary to get there and do something.

We had a great stay! Everything is like in the photos. We felt very comfortable. The communication was - even before booking - easy, friendly and very responsive. During our stay we had one little problem and a handyman was there to fix it in less thsee more

During our stay we had one little problem and a handyman was there to fix it in less than 15 minutes. The house is located in a quiet environment which was perfect for us (7 adults, one baby). We had our privacy but the beach (20 min), supermarket (12-15 min) and Zadar (25 min) were not too far away easy to reach by car. I highly recommend this house and the landlord!

The house is in a small but very peacefull village. The doors were open at our arrival and the keys were left on the doors. It was very clean and it was very nicely decorated. Restaurants, supermarket and beach are easy to reach by car. Everything wasee more

Restaurants, supermarket and beach are easy to reach by car. Everything was as described and like the pictures (except the sofa, there's a new one). The cutest thing was that the owner himself visited us and brought some homemade wine. He is a very kind man. we really appreciated this. If we had problems, we could easily talk to the daugther of the owner, she helped immediatelly. Sidefact: There are free living turtles at the garden. We loved it and can absolutelly recommend it.
