Aquí encontrarás privacidad, comodidad y el típico estilo local dálmata. Esta encantadora casa de vacaciones cuenta con una piscina privada y se encuentra en el patio trasero de Zadar, llamado Ravni Kotari. Una zona conocida por sus excelentes vinos, la producción de piedra y la agricultura. Zadar, con su famoso casco antiguo, se puede alcanzar en media hora y la playa más cercana, ubicada en Pakostane, está a solo 15 km de distancia. Construida en 1882 y completamente renovada en 2020, Villa Zvonko ofrece una auténtica experiencia dálmata.
Un proyecto familiar que llevó cientos de horas construir utilizando solo los materiales locales de mayor calidad, ahora da la bienvenida a sus huéspedes con los brazos abiertos. El interior de tu casa de vacaciones consta de una amplia y luminosa zona de estar/comedor que se conecta con una moderna cocina totalmente equipada de planta abierta, otra cocina con una hermosa parrilla de piedra, una pequeña sala de fitness y 4 encantadoras habitaciones decoradas rústicamente. Cada una de las habitaciones tiene su propio baño, televisión y aire acondicionado. También hay un baño adicional a tu disposición. Además de los 230 m² de espacio habitable, encontrarás un amplio jardín vallado con tu piscina privada, un pabellón cubierto con mesa de comedor, muchas tumbonas donde puedes disfrutar del sol (o de la sombra) y una sección con verduras frescas que puedes usar para preparar tu almuerzo o cena. Se proporciona suficiente espacio de aparcamiento y, por supuesto, hay una conexión WiFi rápida a tu disposición. Si viajas con tu bebé, hay una cuna y una trona disponibles en la propiedad.
Las playas de arena y piedra más cercanas se encuentran a solo 15 minutos en coche y un supermercado grande está a unos 3-4 km de distancia. A la misma distancia también encontrarás buenos restaurantes. El parque natural del lago Vrana se encuentra a solo 10 km de tu villa, mientras que el Parque Nacional de Krka se puede alcanzar en una media hora de viaje. Esto hace que sea un lugar perfecto para explorar la costa cercana y el resto de esta increíble región.

A highlight was the delicious fresh fruit (figs, pomegranates) we could harvestreceived from the housekeeper. The rooms, all with their own bathrooms, were very nice and provided enough privacy. The communication with My Dalmatia and then with the landlady personally was also very nice and straightforward. We would come back and highly recommend the villa!

Air con was great, kitchen great and the bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean. We didn’t see the host while we were there but she was very responsive via messages. A guy came every other day to sort the pool and clear up leaves and he was just lovely. We found 2 adults tortoises in the garden and 3 babies! (Have a hunt!) we also fell in love with the cats and kittens from next door. Would definitely stay again! There are big supermarkets 20 mins away and smaller ones 7 mins away

Accommodation as described. Furniture full in the living area, glasses and mugs old and worn, large plates do not fit in dishwasher. Otherwise everything is very spacious. Pool very nice - but wasps not annoying during the day. In the evening frogs in the yard and pool. Turtles as a sweet pet. Tree ideal as a shade dispenser. Lying very hard. Towels in the room new and nice, bath towels should be replaced (punched). Overall, the place was very nice. Bakery 3 min away by car. Pizzaria in Benkovac very good (7 minutes away). Biograd, Zadar and Sukošan are about 30-40 minutes away. Beautiful bay with showers in Pjescana Rovanjska and beach bar. We felt at home.

It is a pity that only 6 sun loungers are available if the accommodation is designed for 8 people. Due to the strong heat, there were always a lot of wasps at/in the pool. But for the most part, these were peaceful. The pictures of the place seem to be a little older, as especially the living room and the back kitchen are full of stuff. It was convenient that you had a large storage room. The surroundings are very rural and remote, so a car is absolutely necessary to get there and do something.

We had a great stay! Everything is like in the photos. We felt very comfortable. The communication was - even before booking - easy, friendly and very responsive. During our stay we had one little problem and a handyman was there to fix it in less than 15 minutes. The house is located in a quiet environment which was perfect for us (7 adults, one baby). We had our privacy but the beach (20 min), supermarket (12-15 min) and Zadar (25 min) were not too far away easy to reach by car. I highly recommend this house and the landlord!

Restaurants, supermarket and beach are easy to reach by car. Everything was as described and like the pictures (except the sofa, there's a new one). The cutest thing was that the owner himself visited us and brought some homemade wine. He is a very kind man. we really appreciated this. If we had problems, we could easily talk to the daugther of the owner, she helped immediatelly. Sidefact: There are free living turtles at the garden. We loved it and can absolutelly recommend it.
