Villa Meli is an amazing newly built holiday home located in Biograd na Moru, just a short 10 minute walk from the nearest beach. Situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist crowds, your villa offers a peaceful stress free stay for a group of up to 8 persons. During the visit by My Dalmatia, we were impressed by its stylish design and great hosts who made us feel right at home.
The elegantly furnished interior spreads over 175 m² and features 2 levels. Upstairs you will find 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a balcony. On the ground level there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining room, an additional toilet and a spacious and well lit living room. From there you have direct access to a lovely covered terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, a large dining table ideal for enjoying your meals in the open, sun loungers, sun shower, barbecue facilities and your own heated swimming pool.
This lovely holiday home enjoys a convenient location, with the nearest beach less than 900 meters away. A supermarket can be found only 200 meters from the property, while restaurants, cafés, and bakeries are all within a 3-minute drive. The beautiful Nature Park Lake Vrana is just 5 km away, and both Zadar and Šibenik can be reached in around 30 minutes by car. Thanks to its excellent position, Villa Meli is an ideal base for exploring the many natural, cultural, and historical attractions this fascinating region has to offer.
