Villa Fine Touch is a beautiful newly constructed holiday home located in Biograd na Moru, only a short 10 minute walk from the nearest beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist crowds, it offers a peaceful stress free vacation for a group of up to 8 persons. During the visit by My Dalmatia we were impressed by its elegant design and a great outdoor lounge area with jacuzzi.
The tastefully furnished interior spreads over 160 m² and features 2 levels. Upstairs you will find 3 air/conditioned bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a balcony. On the ground level there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining room, an additional toilet and a spacious and well lit living room. From there you have direct access to a lovely covered terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, barbecue facilities and a jacuzzi. In your fully fenced courtyard you will also find a sun shower and a children's playground.
Your pet friendly holiday home provides a convenient location as the nearest beach is only 900 meters away. A supermarket is 200 m away, while restaurants, cafes and bakeries can all be reached in a 3 minute car drive. Nature Park Lake Vrana is only 5 km away and both Zadar and Sibenik are half an hour away. This makes Villa Fine Touch a perfect starting point to explore the rest of this interesting region.

Villa Simone is an amazing 5 bedroom/4 bathroom holiday home which enjoys a peaceful location in the coastal town of Biograd, only 1.5 km from the nearest beach. With its lovely private pool and a home gym, it can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 10 persons.
The spacious 320 m2 interior consists of 3 floors. Ground floor features a bright and modernly furnished living room, a dining area, toilet and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. In the basement you will find a gym with foosball table and an extra dining room with a kitchen. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the top and every room has its own balcony. From there you have views of the Vrana lake, a wonderful Nature park located nearby. Outside, you will happily step into an amazing fenced garden full of flowers and olive groves. There you will find your private swimming pool, a covered terrace with a large dining table, bar and an amazing stone barbecue. Plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, basketball hoop and a children's playground are also at your convenience . Gated parking space is provided for you, as well as a fast Wi-Fi connection.
Villa Simone provides a great location too, as restaurants and grocery stores are just around the corner. The sea is only 1.5km away and there is a bike road in front of the house which leads all around lake Vrana. Both Zadar and Sibenik, towns with rich cultural heritage are only a short half an hour drive away.1 review
