Local charm, great views and lots of comfortable space. This wonderful newly built villa is located near Benkovac, in the hinterland of Zadar called Ravni Kotari. This area is famous for its quality wine, stone production and agriculture. With an amazing private swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi, it can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 10 persons. Zadar with its famous old town is reachable in a short 35 minute drive and the nearest beach, located in Karin, is only 10 km away.
Interior of your holiday home consists of 2 amazing fully equipped apartments (rented together as one unit). In total there are 4 lovely bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, 2 spacious living/dining areas, 2 kitchens and 2 covered terraces with spectacular views of the surrounding nature. Each terrace has its own barbecue facilities and a dining table, ideal for enjoying your meals outside. Living rooms are both equipped with a double sofa bed, making villa Pezer a perfect accommodation for 2 families or a group of up to 10 responsible adults. Outside, in your charming fenced garden you will find your private heated swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower and plenty of gated private parking space.
The nearest grocery store is located 800 meters away, while restaurants, large supermarkets, an open market with fresh vegetables can be found in Benkovac, 2-3 km away. Accesses to the nearby highway makes this area well connected. Both Zadar and Sibenik can be visited in a half an hour drive, same as Biograd, a well known tourist destination located on the coast. This makes villa Pezer an ideal base from which you can explore the rest of this wonderful region.

The house is great value, photos don't do justice to jacuzzi & sauna room which has a leisue space as well and is absolutely excellent.
Pool is also great, in the middle of the week host placed a water roomba which cleaned up debrie from the bottom.

There was a house being built next to us (granted, quite quietly and this probably won't affect you since it looks like they will be finished in 2024). The area is meh, so you rent this house for house itself and traveling to the coast / parks. The water pressure in showers was super strong and temperature control was excellent. |

A bathroom door could not be locked. The oven of the upper apartment did not work. Otherwise, the place (2 flats) was very nice. 2 minutes by walk was a soccer field with floodlight, which was great. The area is very quiet, so you are quite undisturbsee more

The outdoor area was covered and if there were any issuesquestions the landlord was always helpful. The whole building is very new and of high quality. It is not far to the sea and there are some restaurants and supermarkets in the village. For children, there is also a sports field next door. In general, a very, very nice place to stay where I would like to vacation again.

Beautiful views from the terrace and from the garden. Quiet location. In Biograd about 20 km away, there are several beautiful swimming beaches. The landlord is nice and always available. After two weeks, it didn't want to leave the house, it was so nice. We felt very comfortable.

We recently stayed at this property with an 11-person troop. What to say? The place is just breathtakingly beautiful. From the pool to a sauna and hot tub, there is really everything you need there. The apartment is super new and everything is in optimal condition. We felt very comfortable in there. The kitchen is also equipped with everything your heart desires. The beach is about 15 minutes by car, 25 minutes to the airport and about 30 minutes by car to Zadar. I highly recommend this villa and will certainly not have been there for the last time.
