Encanto local, vistas impresionantes y mucho espacio cómodo. Esta maravillosa villa de reciente construcción se encuentra cerca de Benkovac, en el interior de Zadar llamado Ravni Kotari. Esta zona es famosa por su vino de calidad, la producción de piedra y la agricultura. Con una increíble piscina privada, sauna y jacuzzi, puede alojar cómodamente a un grupo de hasta 10 personas. Zadar con su famoso casco antiguo se puede alcanzar en un corto trayecto de 35 minutos y la playa más cercana, ubicada en Karin, está a solo 10 km de distancia.
El interior de su casa de vacaciones consta de 2 apartamentos totalmente equipados (alquilados juntos como una sola unidad). En total hay 4 encantadoras habitaciones, 3 baños modernos, 2 amplias zonas de estar/comedor, 2 cocinas y 2 terrazas cubiertas con vistas espectaculares a la naturaleza circundante. Cada terraza tiene sus propias instalaciones de barbacoa y una mesa de comedor, ideal para disfrutar de sus comidas al aire libre. Las salas de estar están equipadas con un sofá cama doble, lo que convierte a la villa Pezer en un alojamiento perfecto para 2 familias o un grupo de hasta 10 adultos responsables. Fuera, en su encantado jardín vallado, encontrará su piscina privada climatizada, tumbonas, ducha exterior y mucho espacio de aparcamiento privado vallado.
La tienda de comestibles más cercana se encuentra a 800 metros, mientras que los restaurantes, los supermercados grandes, un mercado abierto con verduras frescas se pueden encontrar en Benkovac, a 2-3 km de distancia. El acceso a la autopista cercana hace que esta zona esté bien comunicada. Tanto Zadar como Sibenik se pueden visitar en media hora en coche, al igual que Biograd, un conocido destino turístico ubicado en la costa. Esto convierte a la villa Pezer en una base ideal desde la que explorar el resto de esta maravillosa región.

The house is great value, photos don't do justice to jacuzzi & sauna room which has a leisue space as well and is absolutely excellent.
Pool is also great, in the middle of the week host placed a water roomba which cleaned up debrie from the bottom.

There was a house being built next to us (granted, quite quietly and this probably won't affect you since it looks like they will be finished in 2024). The area is meh, so you rent this house for house itself and traveling to the coast / parks. The water pressure in showers was super strong and temperature control was excellent. |

It is not far to the sea and there are some restaurants and supermarkets in the village. For children, there is also a sports field next door. In general, a very, very nice place to stay where I would like to vacation again.

Beautiful views from the terrace and from the garden. Quiet location. In Biograd about 20 km away, there are several beautiful swimming beaches. The landlord is nice and always available. After two weeks, it didn't want to leave the house, it was so nice. We felt very comfortable.

We recently stayed at this property with an 11-person troop. What to say? The place is just breathtakingly beautiful. From the pool to a sauna and hot tub, there is really everything you need there. The apartment is super new and everything is in optimal condition. We felt very comfortable in there. The kitchen is also equipped with everything your heart desires. The beach is about 15 minutes by car, 25 minutes to the airport and about 30 minutes by car to Zadar. I highly recommend this villa and will certainly not have been there for the last time.
