The air con worked brilliantly in the rooms where it was, although it wasnt in every room. Every bed was comfy and all slept well. The view from the balcony was stunning, especially during the sunset. The pool was fantastic, definitely the highlight of the villa with beautiful lights, waterfall and massage jets. The host was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with brilliant recommendations and made us all feel extremely welcome. The pool was cleaned daily which was a massive plus for us as the children where never out of it. The old town is about a 30 minute walk away for 5 -10 minutes in a uber costing no more than 5-10 euros depending on which side you go to, would definitely recommend a trip to the old town. Would 1000% recommend this villa.

It’s about a 30 minute down hill walk into Zadar old town and the Ubers were very cheap (€5 per car) to save the walk back uphill haha!

Seeing a group of young lads book may be the worst nightmare for Airbnb owners, but Luka (the owner) couldn't have been more accomodating and helpful. If you respect him and his property he will make your stay amazing. He asked us for a cash deposit on arrival which he gave back at the end of our stay. The villa was outstanding, very good price, lovely pool, outside area, kitchen and rooms. Also he had games that kept us so busy we didn't want to leave. He let us keep our bags there before and after our booking and even offered to drive us to the shops, just extremely helpful throughout. One thing to note is that there is only one inside shower and one outside, which was really our only nuisance. Apart from that it's an amazing property where you'll make memories for life.

Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need to prepare meals, adding to the convenience of the stay. The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool – it was simply fantastic and provided endless fun and relaxation. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

We had a lot of relaxing fun for a week at Luka's place. It is a spacious, luxurious villa, while it is also a €4, 5-minute uber trip to the city center. It has all the amenities you could need, including a nice pool and an indoor fireplace! Luka wasplus

Beautiful stay for us as a group of 9. The pool was nice and clean and was always cleaned. Communication was easy. The fireplace was great for BBQ in the conservatory! We had a great holiday! Thank you for everything :)
