Die Villa Elia befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet von Zadar, auf einem grünen Hügel mit Blick auf die Stadt. Mit ihrem atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf das Meer und einem schönen privaten Swimmingpool kann sie bequem zwei Familien oder eine Gruppe von bis zu 9 Personen beherbergen.
Ihr Ferienhaus besteht aus einer charmanten Taverne mit Steinkamin, einem geräumigen Wohn-/Essbereich, einer voll ausgestatteten offenen Küche, 2 Badezimmern plus einem zusätzlichen WC und 5 Schlafzimmern. Außerdem haben Sie direkten Zugang zu einem Balkon, von dem aus Sie einen spektakulären Blick auf die Stadt Zadar, die Adria und ihre Inseln genießen können. Draußen finden Sie Ihren privaten Swimmingpool mit Gegenstromanlage und Hydromassage-Funktion. Daneben gibt es einen Garten mit einer schönen überdachten Terrasse und einem Esstisch, an dem Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten im Freien genießen können. Wenn Sie nach Aktivitäten in der Nähe des Hauses suchen, gibt es Tischtennis, einen Basketballplatz und ein Trampolin. Für die Gäste ist ausreichend umzäunter Parkraum sowie eine schnelle WLAN-Internetverbindung vorhanden.

Host came every day to clean the pool. Otherwise, Jakov was very helpful and gave good tips on how to make your holiday in the Zadar good. We felt very comfortable and had a lovely holiday. There are a few small flaws at the house that didn't bother any further either. And the hosts are also fixing. We would come back!

This stay was really great, this is especially due to the warm welcome of Luka and the enormous hospitality. Luka offered us a ride to the supermarket for free. Everything was great! If I had to say real downsides is that the pool was freezing cold amehr anzeigen

If I had to say real downsides is that the pool was freezing cold and there are a lot of mosquitoes around the cottage. Of course, there is not much to do about this, but is very annoying. Finally, this stay is 100% well worth his money when the weather is good.

Me and 6 friends (19/20 years old) stayed for four nights. Seeing a group of young lads book may be the worst nightmare for Airbnb owners, but Luka (the owner) couldn't have been more accomodating and helpful. If you respect him and his property he wmehr anzeigen

Seeing a group of young lads book may be the worst nightmare for Airbnb owners, but Luka (the owner) couldn't have been more accomodating and helpful. If you respect him and his property he will make your stay amazing. He asked us for a cash deposit on arrival which he gave back at the end of our stay. The villa was outstanding, very good price, lovely pool, outside area, kitchen and rooms. Also he had games that kept us so busy we didn't want to leave. He let us keep our bags there before and after our booking and even offered to drive us to the shops, just extremely helpful throughout. One thing to note is that there is only one inside shower and one outside, which was really our only nuisance. Apart from that it's an amazing property where you'll make memories for life.
