Villa Malou is an amazing rustically decorated holiday home which is located in Stankovci, only 12 kilometers from the nearest beach. Situated in a quiet family orientated area, yet close to the sea, it can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 6 persons.
The interior of your pet friendly holiday home consists of 2 air-conditioned levels. Downstairs is a charming living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the top floor you will find 2 lovely bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside, in the large fenced courtyard you can enjoy your meals under a nice covered terrace, swim in your private swimming pool, or play a game of bocce ball on the court located behind the house... For the little ones, there is a trampoline and swings. 2 bicycles are also provided for the guests.
National Park Krka is reachable in a short 20-minute car drive, Nature Park Lake Vrana in 15 min, same as the coastal town of Pirovac. Restaurants and grocery stores are located about 2 km from your house. Both Zadar and Split are only 45 minutes away. All this makes villa Marou an ideal base for enjoying Dalmatia's countryside atmosphere while also being able to easily explore the rest of this beautiful region.

The house was super equipped and fully corresponded to the description and photos. It's impressive what the owners did out of the property. We especially liked the quiet location and the pool. By car, many attractions and excursion destinations are easily accessible: Vodice, Šibenik, Krka National ParkKornati National Park. Fortunately for our children, the water slide park was also 30 minutes away😊. The only drawback: it was a little further to shopping. 2 km away there is a small supermarket in the village, larger shops were available in Vodice (Plodine, Kaufland, Lidl) - by car in 20 minutes.

We've had a week at this lovely house. The house is so nice - nicely decorated with many nice and thoughtful details. There's everything you need. For us, the house was the perfect base for exploring the many beaches and towns nearby - as well as thesee more
We've had a week at this lovely house. The house is so nice - nicely decorated with many nice and thoughtful details. There's everything you need. For us, the house was the perfect base for exploring the many beaches and towns nearby - as well as the Krka National Park. We also went on a diving trip out of Tisno. Definitely worth a recommendation. We otherwise spent a lot of time on the terrace and by the pool. That was so great! Thanks for a great vacation!

We were surprised by the very quiet location, as there was a well traveled road on the map in the immediate vicinity. For us, with three small dogs, it was an ideal place to stay. The large garden was equipped with a small wall, so we were able to lesee more
We were surprised by the very quiet location, as there was a well traveled road on the map in the immediate vicinity. For us, with three small dogs, it was an ideal place to stay. The large garden was equipped with a small wall, so we were able to let the dogs run free. The house, the barbecue, the swimming pool, everything was ingenious and very clean. Communication with the host was absolutely smooth via text message, she was always available and responded very quickly. Great! Nearby Sibenik was quick to reach and had plenty to offer. In particular, it is worth a recommendation in the evening with the little alleys. An absolute highlight of the restaurant No 4. The nearby national parks are highly recommended, with the NP Paklenica with its great hiking trails and climbing opportunities. All in all we highly recommend the place.

Booked last minute. House was perfect for our family of four plus two dogs. Great bbq area, nice sized pool and plenty of garden space. House was cosy and clean, with comfy beds. There is a small chicken/goat farm next door which was the kids thoughtsee more
Booked last minute. House was perfect for our family of four plus two dogs. Great bbq area, nice sized pool and plenty of garden space. House was cosy and clean, with comfy beds. There is a small chicken/goat farm next door which was the kids thought was great! The owners were very responsive and super friendly, providing fresh bread and cheese on arrival and later cherries 🍒 from their garden. The neighboring town Sibenik was a beautiful day out, and the beaches in Murter were a must-see. Would have no hesitation to book again. Thank you, Tonka and Hrvoje!
