Pool, privacy and a perfect location! Villa Punta is a beautiful newly constructed holiday home located in Razanac, less than 200 meters from the nearest beach. With its private swimming pool and amazing sea and mountain views, it can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 6 adults + 2 kids.
Modernly designed interior consists of 3 lovely air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a spacious and bright living/dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and an additional toilet. Balcony located on the upper floor provides great panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and Velebit mountain range. Outside, there is a courtyard fenced by high walls which provides total privacy and features your own swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue facilities, and a nice covered terrace ideal for dining in the open. Enough private parking space is secured for the guests, as well as a fast Wi-Fi connection.
Within a short 5 minute walk you will find restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. National Park Paklenica, Croatia's most important climbing destination, is only half an hour away. Zadar with its famous old town can be reached in a 20-minute car drive and island of Pag connected to the mainland by a bridge is about 10 km away. NP Krka and NP Plitvice Lakes are also within an hour's drive. This makes Villa Punta an ideal base to explore the rest of the region, all while enjoying a stress-free vacation in a peaceful family orientated area.
