Holiday home Agro Casa is a beautiful estate located in the hinterland of Sibenik, only 20 km away from the nearest beach. Surrounded by unspoiled nature and close to National Park Krka, it's a place where you will encounter total privacy and finally take a much needed break from the duties of every day life . With its private swimming pool, basketball court and a children's playground Agro Casa provides a peaceful stress-free vacation for 2 families or a group of up to 8 persons.
The interior of your newly renovated holiday home spreads over two floors and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs you will find a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a living and dining area, as well as a bathroom. All bedrooms are located on the top floor, where you also have an additional bathroom and a wonderful balcony which overlooks the neighboring fields and nearby hills. A lovely covered terrace located on the ground floor also provides great views and features a stone barbecue, large dining table and seating area with television. From there you have direct access to your lovely swimming pool with hydro-massage section which is suitable for children, a fully fenced garden, a basketball court and children's playground with swings, trampoline and much more... Plenty of gated parking space is secured for the guests, as well as a free WiFi connection. Your hosts who own a nearby farm will provide a welcome present for you and will gladly allow you to pick any of the eco friendly produce they grow in front of the house. This way your family and friends can always have fresh lunch and dinner!
Your house provides a nice location too as National Park Krka is reachable in a short 15-minute car drive, same as Nature Park Lake Vrana and the coastal towns of Pirovac and Vodice. Both Zadar and Split are less than an hour away, while Sibenik can be reached in half an hour. All this makes Agro Casa an ideal base for enjoying Dalmatia's countryside atmosphere while also being able to easily explore the rest of this amazing region.

You can have the best of both worlds if you want a busy day out, you are only a short drive away, but if you want a peaceful day with beautiful surroundings, that’s the place to be. The host, Lucija, is amazing, super friendly, and always ready to help with local recommendations. Advice on where to go and what to do: you will need a car as it is in the countryside, with a beautiful garden with grapes, apples, tomatoes, watermelons, and melons. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, peaceful, and beautiful, I really recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

We have booked the house for 10 nights. Due to the secluded location, it was perfect for us as we were able to fully focus on the family. Absolute privacy. In the evening we explored the surrounding towns (Vodice, Tribunj and Sibenik). The cream piece is definitely the large pool with attached jacuzzi. But also the possibility to play basketball was great. The kids loved it. The landlords were very nice and were always available if you needed anything. Thank you! Anyone who is looking for privacy and just wants to relax is in the right place.

The hosts were so friendly and gave us a lovely warm welcome and responded all week quickly and with great information. The property was well equipped and was a lovely quiet and peaceful location. We hired a car, which is a must and made serval trips to the surrounding areas (Vodice, sibenik, skradin, and Nin).
