Villa Marin is located in Sveti Petar na Moru, a quiet coastal village near Zadar. The 600 m² of living space, which extend over 3 floors, offers a perfect accommodation for up to 16 people.
Your villa consists of 7 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms, 3 spacious living / dining rooms and 2 fully equipped open kitchens. Each of the top floors also has a lovely covered terrace and there is a large private swimming pool in front of the house. The fenced garden has a beautiful veranda with seating, garden furniture, plenty of sun loungers and a useful sun shower. Barbecue facilities and a cozy lounge are also available.
The closest beach, a restaurant and a grocery store are only 100 meters away. The old town of Zadar is only 20 minutes away by car. On a walk through the narrow streets of the old town you will find the Roman Forum, churches from the Roman and Middle Ages as well as a few restaurants. The national parks Krka, Paklenica and Kornati are all within 60 km and make this accommodation an ideal base for exploring the Northern Dalmatia region.

Communication in advance and during our stay was great. The house was well maintained and basically perfectly equipped. We also received a small (large) attention from the host. The pool was cleaned every day. Air conditioners were available throughout the house. Beautiful, accessible bathrooms. The only mini shortcoming was the older toilets on the ground floor and the old pads for the loungers. Otherwise we would come back and recommend the accommodation.

Nice house in a good location. Check-in very friendly and problem-free. Marin surprised us with fruit and a small snack. The pool is cleaned daily. Everything was exemplary cleaned and clean. All rooms and common rooms have air conditioning. Beach sesee more

All rooms and common rooms have air conditioning. Beach section at the house is not very attractive. Everything is concrete and lots of boats. However, you will find top swimming beaches within 20 minutes. Many restaurants nearby.

Amazing house, Marin was lovely and extremely helpful. We felt very welcome and at home. The area is great with a beach bar and pizza restaurant nearby! Only issue we had was the neighbours constantly telling is to be quiet which there is only so mucsee more

The great thing was that the house was very well equipped, so we didn't even have to take care of the toddler stuff like dish soap, saltpaper towels. All in all, we liked it very much!

Comfortable clean accommodation, each room has a bathroom, a lot of refrigerators that are important for a lot of people, a pool cleaned every morning, communication with the owner at the level , the only mistake is that we have to go home 🤨 We'd love to come back, we're already looking forward to it, and thanks again
