Next to its private indoor swimming pool it provides you with a sauna, big fenced garden and a nice terrace with BBQ. It is located only 1 km away from the beach and the center of Starigrad, while the entrance to the National park Paklenica is only 500 m away.
Built in a traditional dalmatian style with wood and stone, this house offers 4 bedrooms, all reachable from the terrace and each equipped with its own bathrooms and air conditioning devices. Spacious living area with kitchen and an open fire place is ideal for family gatherings. There is a private indoor swimming pool and sauna powered up by a solar system.

Great location close to the entrance of the Paklenica National Park. We loved the climbing and walking there. 10 minute walk down to the beach. Great little restaurant next door. Lovely outside area for socialising and eating

We were a group of 11 (5 adults and 6 children including a very small one). We had a great time at this lovely authentic villa. The common courtyard with its tables and courtyard to shelter the sun was perfect. We spent almost all our moments here. Isee more

In the evenings the little ones could go to bed and be under supervision while the adults ate it was a great plus. The enclosed pool is also very nice when the sun hits hard for a swim at any time of day. (convenient with kids spending their time in the water)). Our host was very nice and considerate. A small downside to the basement kitchen, which is not very convenient to bring back up all the things at each meal and it would be nice to enrich it with a few extra dishes and kitchen accessories. As a bonus:A great little restaurant next door with lots of charm and super nice staff... we highly recommend it. Thank you very much

Fantastic place, right by the entrance to National Park and close to a nice beach. Host is friendly and very helpful, very quick to respond. Great pool, scenic views from the terrace and air con in the rooms. Would happily go back there again.

We travel to Paklenica with children to do rock climbing. When it was a time to contact the owner of the property, Tomislav, and inform him about us coming, he was very helpful.
Any issues we had Tomislav acted immediately and helped us.

Any issues we had Tomislav acted immediately and helped us. The house was gorgeous and very clean. Our kids LOVED IT! We felt right at home. After the day of climbing we were happy to come back to a heated pool and sauna to help us rest our sore arms. We will definitely be coming to Tomislav’s villa again! |
