Searching for a holiday at the pool with plenty of privacy? Holiday home Zara with its private swimming pool and 800 m² fenced garden enjoys a peaceful rural location in the village of Stankovci. It can comfortably accommodate a group of 9 persons. Situated only 15 km from the nearest beach in the popular destination of Vodice, this house provides a convenient location too. National Park Krka Waterfalls and Nature Park Vrana Lake can both be reached within a short 15-minute car drive.
The ground floor of your detached holiday home consists of a cozy living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. Upstairs, you can find 4 comfortable bedrooms and an additional bathroom. There is also a tavern at your disposal, equipped with a large dining table and a beautiful fireplace, suitable for dinners with your friends and family by the pool.
The outside area consists of your private 8 x 4 m swimming pool, plenty of outdoor furniture, a garden with barbecue facilities, a small children's playground and 4 private gated parking spaces. This is ideal accommodation for 2 families or a large group of friends. Only 1 km away you can find a large supermarket, a restaurant and a few cafés. Other than Krka Waterfalls, Vrana Lake and Vodice, another place well worth visiting is Biograd, located only 18 km away. From there you can take a daily boat excursion to National Park Kornati or visit the nearby Pasman island. Also, within only a 45-minute car drive, you can reach Zadar, Sibenik and Split, coastal towns with rich cultural heritage and many beautiful sights to see.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Zara! Beautiful surroundings and outdoor space. The house is located on a quiet road so you can relax without disruption from traffic. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean on arrival. The owner was easy tsee more
We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Zara! Beautiful surroundings and outdoor space. The house is located on a quiet road so you can relax without disruption from traffic. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean on arrival. The owner was easy to contact and was happy to help with our questions. The stairs to go upstairs are on the outside of the house - this wasn’t a problem for us but might be for families with younger children. Overall though we would recommend the villa and thank you for letting us stay.
