It is located in the peaceful village of Skabrnja, only 15 km from the nearest beach in Sukosan. The large fenced courtyard planted with olive grows dominates your private plot and consists of your heatable swimming pool, a traditional Dalmatian tavern, a beautiful stone barbecue and a covered outdoor dining area.
The interior of your detached holiday home features an elegantly furnished living/dining room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, 2 nice bedrooms and a modern bathroom. An additional toilet is located in the tavern, as well as an extra kitchen, ideal for having an extended dinner. In each detail you can sense that the owners put a lot of energy and love in the property. About the outdoor: there is a small children's play area with a swing and trampoline, a ping-pong table, a swimming pool and you can play darts. There are enough private parking places provided at your own plot.
A pizzeria, bakery and grocery stores are all reachable in a short walking distance. The nearest beach is located only 20 minutes away and the old town of Zadar with its narrow streets, old churches and interesting museums is also situated at a similar distance. National Parks of Paklenica which is Croatia's most important rock climbing destination, as well as Krka Waterfalls are both 50km away. Daily boat excursions to NP Kornati are also organized from nearby cities of Zadar and Biograd. This makes holiday home Barba an ideal base for you and your family to explore the Zadar region and enjoy your next vacation.
