Holiday home Casa Ivana is a charming newly built vacation home located in the peaceful residential area of Sibenik, only 1.5 km away from the nearest beach. This lovely house consists of 2 levels, the ground floor features an elegantly furnished living/dining area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. Upstairs you will find 2 bright air conditioned bedrooms providing direct access to a nice large balcony and another modern bathroom.
Outside there is a spacious stone terrace equipped with a dining table, ideal for enjoying your meals in the open, and an electric grill. Two private parking spaces are secured for the guests, as well as a fast Wi-Fi connection.
Casa Ivana also provides a great location as the beach is a short 5 minute car drive away, same as the center of Sibenik where you will find many high quality restaurants. There is a large supermarket located only 500 meters away and a smaller grocery store just outside the house. The area where the property is situated is without much noise, ideal for a peaceful family vacation. In less than 1 hour you can reach both Split and Zadar, cities with rich cultural history. National Park Krka is only 10 km away. This makes Casa Ivana an ideal starting place to explore the rest of this beautiful region.

Wir waren vom 27.07. bis 31.07.2026 mit unserer fünfköpfigen Familie (2 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager) im Ferienhaus Casa Ivana und hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus ist modern, äußerst sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es bietet problemlos Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein gemütliches ausziehbares Sofa für zwei Personen sowie ein WC mit Waschmaschine. Die moderne Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen – von Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Airfryer bis hin zu einer hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche ist alles vorhanden. Auch WLAN, Smart-TV mit Netflix und Disney+ sowie sogar eine kleine Hausapotheke stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer und ein wunderschönes, modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Balkon, der beide Schlafzimmer verbindet und zu gemütlichen Sommerabenden einlädt. Barbara Klarić und ihre Mutter haben uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und mit köstlichen regionalen Spezialitäten willkommen geheißen. Man spürt sofort, dass die Familie Klarić diese Unterkunft mit viel Herzblut, Leidenschaft und Gastfreundschaft führt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal. Ein Plodine-Supermarkt ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Der wunderschöne Strand von Solaris liegt nur etwa 20 Autominuten entfernt. Zusätzlich gibt es mehrere kleinere Strände, die soga |

The apartment was more than expected, it was brand new, very clean and well equipped. The host was wonderful, you can ask her anything and always there to help. Supermarkets real close nearby and a busstop for a bus to the city centre around the cornsee more

The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was spotless, modern, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking. The conditions were outstanding. The sea is just a short walk away, and, best of all, there are no sea urchins in the water. Shops and everything else you might need are also within walking distance. We will definitely come back to this wonderful house again—and more than once. Barbara and Ivan, thank you so much for making our stay so special! |
