Holiday home Casa Ivana is a charming newly built vacation home located in the peaceful residential area of Sibenik, only 1.5 km away from the nearest beach. This lovely pet friendly house consists of 2 levels, the ground floor features an elegantly furnished living/dining area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. Upstairs you will find 2 bright air conditioned bedrooms providing direct access to a nice large balcony and another modern bathroom.
Outside there is a spacious stone terrace equipped with a dining table, ideal for enjoying your meals in the open, and an electric grill. Two private parking spaces are secured for the guests, as well as a fast Wi-Fi connection.
Casa Ivana also provides a great location as the beach is a short 5 minute car drive away, same as the center of Sibenik where you will find many high quality restaurants. There is a large supermarket located only 500 meters away and a smaller grocery store just outside the house. The area where the property is situated is without much noise, ideal for a peaceful family vacation. In less than 1 hour you can reach both Split and Zadar, cities with rich cultural history. National Park Krka is only 10 km away. This makes Casa Ivana an ideal starting place to explore the rest of this beautiful region.
