Your villa spreads over two floors and offers two fully equipped apartments, making it a perfect sea side retreat for 2 families or a group of up to 10 guests.
The interior of your pet friendly holiday home consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 elegant living/dining rooms, both connected to fully equipped open plan kitchens. There is also a recreation room with fitness equipment as well as a sauna at your disposal. A large covered terrace located on the top floor offers breath taking views of the Adriatic Sea and the nearby islands. Outdoor area is fully fenced and includes your private swimming pool, a charming covered terrace well equipped with outdoor furniture, BBQ facilities, a children's play area and a lots of covered parking space. We are pleased to offer you this property since we checked the villa in person. During a visit by My Dalmatia, we were particularly impressed by your hosts hospitality. They offer a boat berth close to the house, free of charge and if you're staying for a period of 2 weeks or more, they will take you to dinner to a tavern located at a nearby village.
Within 500 m distance there is everything you will need: the beach, a grocery store and a restaurant. Solaris, a large modern tourist resort which offers many activities is only 1 km away. The charming town of Sibenik with its narrow little streets and little taverns is reachable in 10 minutes by car. This location makes your villa a perfect starting point for exploring the rest of Dalmatia since it is located between Split and Zadar and makes your trip a short one. Also, the nearest National Park, Krka is only 20 minutes away.
