Villa Mirta is an amazing newly constructed holiday home located in the peaceful coastal village of Seline. Offering elegant design and a great location only a few kilometers from National Park Paklenica, this lovely villa can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 8 guests. During the visit by My Dalmatia, we were particularly impressed by the beautiful private swimming pool, its proximity to the beach which is a short 5 minute walk away and a great host who will make you feel right at home.
This charming pet friendly property spreads over two levels, offering mountain views from all around the house and sea views from the upper floor. The 170 m² interior of Villa Mirta consists of a spacious living/dining area with direct access to the pool, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, 4 large air conditioned bedrooms equipped with satellite televisions (2 with kings size beds and 2 with queen size beds), 4 balconies, 4 modern en-suite bathrooms and an additional toilet. Outside, in the fully fenced garden you'll find your private swimming pool, a beautiful open tavern with dining table and a toilet, barbecue facilities, sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture, and an outdoor shower.
Villa Mirta provides a great location as the nearest beach is located less than 500 meters away, making it easy to reach by foot and the entrance to the National Park Paklenica is only 4 km away. There you can explore its breathtaking nature, hike, or even participate in a rock climbing course. Zadar with its famous old town is only a 45 minute drive away, making it easy to see its narrow streets, beautiful churches and ancient ruins. Last but not least, your holiday home has quick access to the highway, so the mountains of Lika and coastal centers such as Split or Sibenik can all be reached in a reasonable time.
