Holiday home Emily is a wonderful newly renovated property located in the peaceful village of Rastevic, in the hinterland of Zadar called Ravni Kotari. This area is famous for its great wine, stone production and agriculture. With 3 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, your holiday home can comfortably accommodate 2 families or a group of up to 8 guests. While you can spend many days relaxing next to your lovely private swimming pool, the nearest beaches are located less than 20 km away.
Holiday home Emily consists of a spacious living/dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a charming covered terrace overlooking the pool, ideal for enjoying your meals in the open. The outdoor area features your private swimming pool, a hot tub, sun shower, plenty of sun loungers, parasols and stone barbecue facility. Also, you can play table tennis and there is a trampoline for the little ones. During a visit by My Dalmatia we were particularly impressed by your hosts hospitality, he lives next door and will happily provide you fresh fruit and vegetables from his garden.
Your accommodation enjoys a convenient location as it is situated in a quiet area away from the tourist crowds, yet close enough to the sea and many sights worth exploring, such as Klicevica fort which is located on the outskirts of Rastevic. The nearest beaches can be found in Biograd, 20 km away. Nature park Lake Vrana is located less than 15 km from your holiday home, while National Park Krka can be reached in a short half an hour drive. The nearest highway exit is located just 6 km away, providing easy access to the popular tourist towns such as Sibenik and Split. This makes for a perfect location to explore the nearby coast and the rest of this amazing region.
