First floor features two bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning devices. Relax area located in the sub-terrain besides a sauna offers fitness equipment, a billiard table, darts and table tennis. Also, there is a garage at your disposal which provides plenty of secured parking space. The outdoor area of your pet friendly holiday home includes a private fully fenced garden with covered terrace and BBQ, a heated swimming pool and nice sea view patio well equipped with sun loungers.
Next to the local beach which is located just below the house, a nice sandy beach in Posedarje is reachable in a short 5 minute car drive.
