This area is famous for its quality wine, stone production, and agriculture. Your accommodation has preserved the authenticity of a typical ancient Dalmatian cottage. The extensive use of authentic Dalmatian stone enhances the villa’s timeless character and connection to its surroundings.
Hilltop Paradise can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 15 persons. The interior consists of 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, all reachable from outside, 5 modern bathrooms, a nice kitchen, and a small living/dining area, while a charming taverna with a stone BBQ and a big dining table is located outside and is suitable for a bigger group. Also, there is an additional, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a roofed terrace situated next to the swimming pool.
Outside, in your charming fenced garden, you will find your private swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a nice stone table with a pergola, a hot tub, a sauna for 4 persons, an extra toilet, and plenty of gated private parking spaces. Hilltop Paradise offers a convenient on-site EV charging station. Your cottage is pet-friendly; 3 pets are allowed with an extra charge of 10 EUR per pet per night.
Restaurants, large supermarkets, and an open market with fresh vegetables can be found in Benkovac, 2–3 km away. Access to the nearby highway makes this area well-connected. Both Zadar and Šibenik, as well as the Krka National Park waterfalls, can be visited in a half-hour drive, as can Biograd, a well-known tourist destination located on the coast. This makes Hilltop Paradise an ideal base from which you can explore the rest of this wonderful region.
