Discover Casa K A a charming, newly renovated traditional Dalmatian house located in Kukljica, on the picturesque island of Ugljan. Just a short 300-meter stroll to the nearest beach, this beautifully restored holiday home comfortably welcomes up to 4 guests. During a visit by My Dalmatia, we were impressed by its cozy atmosphere and nice quiet location close to the sea.
The interior of Casa K A offers a peaceful retreat with two air-conditioned bedrooms, two modern bathrooms (including a washer/dryer), a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a dining area. Step outside to your private, fenced courtyard, where a lovely covered terrace awaits with an outdoor kitchen and dining table, plus a comfortable lounge area—perfect for al fresco enjoyment.
Casa K A provides a great location as the sea is only a short 5 minute walk away, same as a grocery store, restaurants and cafes. Situated in a quiet street away from the tourist crowds, you will be able to enjoy a relaxed stress-free vacation. Kukljica is a great base to explore the rest of this interesting island, as well as the neighboring island of Pasman which is connected to Ugljan by a nearby bridge suitable for both cars and pedestrians.

However, it would be helpful if the property description mentioned that the house is not accessible by car and that guests need to park in a public parking area some distance away. Fortunately, we were always able to find a parking space at the public car park near the harbour. Unfortunately, during our stay there were construction works taking place at our hosts' neighbouring property, which sometimes caused noise. On our first day, the toilet drain was also blocked. The issue was resolved by a plumber after two days, although it would have been nice if the bathroom had been professionally cleaned afterwards. Overall, the accommodation is beautiful, cosy, and highly recommended. |
