Description
Holiday home Korlat is constructed as an in-family project which took over 7000 m² of stone and thousands of man hours to build. Your fully furnished accommodation comes with a private pool and a traditional tavern. While you will find full privacy here, including all the benefits of enjoying a nice stress free vacation, as soon you are looking for an active vacation as well, Zadar with its famous old town is reachable in half an hour and the nearest beach is less than 10 km away.
Holiday home Korlat spreads over two floors and is equipped with standard modern furniture. The living area consists of two spacious living rooms, two bathrooms and four bedrooms in which there are massive beds made out of oak trees. Outside there is a large garden of 3000 m², which is completely fenced by local stone. Also, as part of the villa you have a traditional Dalmatian tavern, also built in stone which features an amazing fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and a massive wooden table suitable for 12 persons. Besides the indoor fireplace, there is also an outdoor fireplace in the courtyard of the house.
Your holiday home is located in the hinterland of Zadar called Ravni Kotari, an area known for its great wine, stone production and agriculture. The outdoor area provides a range of options and there you can swim in your private pool, enjoy the sunny terrace and its surrounding nature, there are two large (stone and wooden) outside tables with natural tree shade, a small house gym is at your disposal, table tennis as well as free bicycles which you can use to explore the region.

We had a great stay and experience at the villa. We were a family of 7 adults and a child and there was something for everyone. A clean and beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, a table tennis and a playground. This is a very spacious villa with two independent levels. The main kitchen was outside providing extra socialising space. Actually this is where we spent most of our time. Very calm area in a country side. You will need a car to move around with the closest supermarket and fish shop at 15 minutes drive. Very nice restaurants on the coast and surrounding villages. Our experience went beyond our expectations and we are seriously thinking of coming back. The checkin was very easy with clear instructions with the host waiting for us despite a delayed and late arrival. Always available to answer any question. A wonderful experience and thank you Ante.

We felt immediately welcome. Spotless place: The apartment was just as described – clean, cozy and well equipped. There were no bad surprises, and everything was in perfect condition. Quiet neighborhood: Location was perfect. We were able to relax wonderfully after a long day of exploring the city as it was very quiet in the area. Overall, our stay here was fantastic, and I would come back anytime. Thank you to the hosts!
