Holiday home Blanka enjoys a peaceful location in the small village of Kakma, only 7km from Biograd and its lovely beaches. Conveniently positioned on a large private estate in a quiet area, this charming holiday home presents as ideal choice for your next stress free vacation. A short 7-8 minute car ride takes you to the coast where you can find typical Dalmatian atmosphere, enjoy local cuisine or take a boat trip to one of the nearby islands.
In the wonderful well maintained garden you will find your private 55 m² infinity pool equipped with sun loungers, a summer kitchen suitable for dining, a children's playground, barbecue facilities and a multi functional sports playground. Also, there is plenty of gated parking space provided for the guests. The spacious 260 m² interior of holiday home Blanka spreads over 2 floors and offers a comfortable stay for a group of up to 12 persons. In total there are 5 lovely bedrooms in the house, as well as 3 modern bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a large living room. Each level comes with a beautiful covered terrace where your family can dine outside.
Within a 10 minute car drive you can reach the Adriatic Sea and choose between sandy, pebbled or stone beaches. Nearby coastal town of Biograd is a well known nautical and tourist destination. Boat excursions to the National park Kornati are organized from Biograd on daily basis. Nature park Vrana Lake is reachable in a 5 minute drive, it is well known for recreational fishing and bird watching. Both Zadar and Sibenik, towns with rich cultural heritage are only a short half an hour drive away. This makes holiday home Blanka an ideal base to explore the rest of this amazing region.

Sasha was super friendly and very helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. We really didn't miss anything and if it did, it was taken care of. Particularly attentive was that 2 of our group had a birthday and he brought us 2 cakes and a trasee more

Particularly positive is that the owner came by daily to keep the pool clean and take care of the garden. The area was very quiet, yet the city was quick and easy. Overall a really nice and relaxing stay – we can only recommend this place!

The villa is situated in a small settlement. There are no annoying industrial activities, so we could enjoy the silence. Our group (3 families) had a really good vacation, because the villa had all the equipment, and tool you may need, and it is in asee more

Our group (3 families) had a really good vacation, because the villa had all the equipment, and tool you may need, and it is in a really good condition. The pool is fantastic, the houskeeper checks the water condition regularly. The irrigation system do its best and the lawn is really ok for playing some sport (football, badminton). Sasha the housekeeper is really friendly and direct. I really liked the huge trees in the garden that give shades on hot summer afternoons.

Spent a week here in June 2024 and the house was perfect for my family and I (9 adults and 3 children). The pool area was fantastic for everyone to relax and enjoy the weather throughout the day. The host was very accommodating and helpful, and wouldsee more

The host was very accommodating and helpful, and would highly recommend booking the property. The property is a short 8 minute drive to Biograd, which is great for evening meals and drinks and the local bars and a short drive to Zadar airport. A great stay, and look forward to coming back to Croatia again!
