Local charm, privacy and lots of comfortable space. This wonderful newly built villa is located near Benkovac, in the hinterland of Zadar called Ravni Kotari. This area is famous for its great wine, stone production and agriculture. With an amazing private swimming pool, it can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 10 persons. Zadar with its famous old town is reachable in half an hour drive and the nearest beach, located in Pakostane, is only 15 km away.
The interior of your villa consists of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with televisions, 3 modern bathrooms, a spacious elegantly designed living/dining area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a great game room which is located in the basement. There you can choose between playing billiards, table football or a game of darts. Outside, in your lovely gated courtyard, you will find everything you need for a splendid vacation: Your private swimming pool which is equipped with a hydro-massage section, a charming covered terrace with dining table, a home gym with all of the necessary equipment and an amazing traditional tavern with yet another kitchen integrated to it. For the little ones there is a children's playground with swings and a slide, a trampoline, table tennis and even a small donkey farm located right behind the house.
Your holiday home enjoys a great location as it is situated in a quiet area away from the tourist crowds, yet close enough to the sea and many sights worth exploring. The nearest sandy beach can be found in Pakostane which is reachable in only a 15 minute car drive. A large supermarket is about 3-4 km away and at the same distance you will find delicious restaurants. Nature park Lake Vrana is located just 10 km from your villa, while National Park Krka can be reached in a short half an hour drive. This makes for a perfect location to explore the nearby coast and the rest of this amazing region.

Was a great holiday quiet area and the host was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was well maintained and the interiors were very nice, only the cushions are a bit hard, if you want something softer you should take your own upholstery. Alsosee more

Also the smaller house where the "tavern" is located is very nice with a rustic look but modern kitchen. All in all, this is a great place to stay
