We had a great stay in Zadar for two weeks. Ivan warmly welcomed us, showed us the apartment and was always available for questions. The apartment is on the 4th floor and is therefore very quiet.

We had a wonderful week long stay. The apartment is very centrally located within the old town, the host was warm and welcoming, anticipating our needs and helpful with our requests. The rooms were spacious, with lots of natural light and comfortable bedding. It was clean and frankly having rented apartments all over Europe in past years.. I must say this was definitely one of the best experiences. I would recommend staying here and would rent again if I ever come back to Zadar

The balcony overlooks two Venetian towers and the lovely red roofs of the old town. There were concerts going on while we were staying at the apartment. It was lovely sitting on the balcony, listening to the music, and seeing the citadel lit up all colourful. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Nice big comfy living room. Clean towels and bedding. The host was fantastic. Our flight was late arriving, but he still came out to meet us at the apartment at 1am. He followed up with restaurant suggestions and assistance with booking trips. Close to all the restaurants and the 'beaches'. Zadar doesn't have any real sandy beaches, but there are plenty of pebble beaches,you can just lie down on the harbour front. Take water shoes with you. The sea is perfect for snorkelling, crystal clear.

We knew in advance the apartment had many steps, we counted 95. The payoff is the good view from the balcony and all windows, but if you are very unfithave mobility issues, you will struggle. More pillows are needed! There is one pillow per person ansee more

The views from the balcony were spectacular over the historic rooftops. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious and thoughtfully laid out. With two bedrooms, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning—it felt modern and welcoming. Everything worked reliably and the host was incredibly helpful, keeping communication seamless throughout our stay.

It was a great location. Ivan the host is fantastic. He gave amazing recommendations, which were all accurate. The apartment was nice, but it’s six floors up without an elevator. There was construction going on next door so it was kind of loud. And usee more

There were three of us for four nights in Zadar. Great location and a great apartment to explore the city. Landlord is very nice and helpful. Above all, we liked the balcony. You can see over the city to the sea.

It is located in the heart of the old town of Zadar so it is not car accessible but if you are coming with car there’s nearby free parking (10min walk). All in all, we had very nice time and would definitely recommend this place.

The location is extremely central right on the middle of the old town. Due to this loud people on the street might be heard at night. Nothing a pair of ear plugs won't resolve. We loved sitting in the balcony enjoying the sunset and listening to seagsee more

For those who love a cuppa, you might want to bring along bfast tea as we could only find herbal in shops. Ivan our host was very friendly and helpful before we arrived and throughout the stay. Highly recommended apartment and host.

He was a responsive host at all times and offered to give us lots of recommendations should we need them. The apartment itself was exactly as described and matched the photos provided perfectly. It was pristine from top to bottom - exceptionally clean and so comfy. The living room was a particular highlight - the perfect room to chill in after a long day, and huge too! The apartment is in a perfect location, situated completely within the Old Town and within walking distance to everything around. There are some gorgeous restaurants and bars only a stones throw away. A fantastic experience from beginning to end.
