This spacious 92 m² ground floor apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 persons and provides an ideal accommodation for either a family or a group of friends.
The interior consists of 2 modern bedrooms, a bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and an elegant and a bright living/dining area. From the living room you have direct access to a lovely terrace. Next to the pool there is a outdoor shower and spacious patio, well equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities.
City center of Zadar with its exceptional history and rich cultural heritage is easily accessible by car or by public transport (the bus station is only 100 m away). Walking through the narrow streets of the old town you will encounter a Roman Forum, churches from roman and medieval periods as well as little restaurants offering Mediterranean delicacies. The nearest beach is less than 4 km away and within a radius of 500 m you will find grocery stores and restaurants. Also, Zadar is surrounded by 5 national Parks: Kornati islands, Plitvice lakes, Krka, Paklenica and North Velebit which classify Zadar as one of the most attractive tourist destination in Croatia.

The airbnb was very clean, exactly like the pictures displayed it and had enough indoor and outdoor space for five people. Especially the pool was a lot more spacious than expected. We spent a lot of time playingswimming in the pool. The host also lesee more
The airbnb was very clean, exactly like the pictures displayed it and had enough indoor and outdoor space for five people. Especially the pool was a lot more spacious than expected. We spent a lot of time playingswimming in the pool. The host also lended us a volleyball net, which was pretty nice. It was pretty hot during our stay and the pool made that a lot more enjoyable. We also had a BBQ in the outdoor space. Stores were easily accessible by foot. Gordana welcomed us on the first day at around 20:00 and even allowed us to stay a little bit longer on the last day since our flight was in the afternoon. She was always avaible and suggested us restaurants and activities to attent. Overall very kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend this house.

Super nice place! very friendly and helpful host. we had the pool all for ourselves as the host is living on the 1st floor. the kids loved the place! 10 minute drive to city center which is perfect.
