Zadar with it's famous old town is a 20 minute car drive away and activities such as rafting on Zrmanja river or rock climbing in National Park Paklenica can also be reached in less than half an hour. This makes apartment Nika a perfect base to explore the rest of this amazing region.

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a lovely, peaceful view, with the sea visible in the distance. It is also close to a charming little village and a very pleasant beach. We used it as a base to explosee more
The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a lovely, peaceful view, with the sea visible in the distance. It is also close to a charming little village and a very pleasant beach. We used it as a base to explore other towns, beaches and attractions in the surrounding area, such as Zadar and the Plitvice National Park. We were also very happy with the communication with the owner, who was extremely kind and helpful, as was her sister, who lives in the apartment downstairs. We would definitely recommend this place, especially considering its excellent value for money. The reasonable price can perhaps be explained by the fact that some parts of the house, particularly the flooring and bathrooms, are a little dated, and there is no air conditioning in all the bedrooms. However, these were minor drawbacks compared with the overall quality of our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend this apartment.
