Sukosan, une destination côtière populaire avec restaurants, cafés et bars de plage, est accessible en seulement 10 minutes de voiture. La vieille ville de Zadar est également proche, à moins de 20 minutes. Vous pourrez y flâner dans ses ruelles étroites et visiter les musées, églises et autres sites pour lesquels Zadar est réputée. Very nice and clean. An extremely well-equipped kitchen with everything one could need, especially for someone like me who enjoys cooking and baking. There are several coffee machines. There is a grill outside in a very cozy corner where you can sit and eat, sheltered under a roof. They had prepared firewood, kindling, and briquettes for use with the grill.

A perfect pool with a good size and depth, which they cleaned thoroughly every morning. The only thing that was a little disturbing was the traffic outside and some other noises. Planes flew directly over the house on their way in to land, but it happened very rarely and was actually quite fun to watch.

The nights, however, were completely quiet and we slept very well in the lovely beds. One of the best beds I have had in Croatia, where you often find hard, poor-quality mattresses — and I have stayed in quite a few Airbnbs. I usually always have back pain, but not for a single moment here.

It is a reasonable walking distance to a small grocery store. I also found a large outdoor gym by the fire station if you are interested in that kind of thing.

Overall, a great place to stay with a very nice and caring host family living right next door!!

People that own it were so nice and polite and they left us alone and didnt bother us unless we needed something. House is incredible.. rooms were fab!! Whole house was incredible 🤣 would take it home if i could🤣 Pool was amazing♥️ 10 min from sukosan, 20 from zadar center.. Lidl 15 min.. Gas station next to house and coffee bar.. super handy.. And price for 2 weeks was more than fair for all u get! We managed to color some towels in washing machine and owners were lovely and accommodating and just asked us to get new ones.. plus we broke few glasses again no problem..

Too many wasps and bees around house but what to expect when pool was only source of water..

We were guests of Josip and his family and had a great time. Despite initial confusion with the address, Josip picked us up directly. His wife welcomed us warmly and even prepared a little something to eat, as we arrived late – so thoughtful! We initially had concerns about being treated differently, e.g. because of my mother's headscarf, but the family was absolutely open and warm. The villa was superbly equipped, we lacked nothing. Josip was always helpful, asked regularly and even let us stay longer because of our late flight. Privacy was guaranteed, as the family lived downstairs with a separate entrance. As a highlight, there were fresh eggs and potatoes from their animals and garden. The only small disadvantage: The air conditioning was only in the living room, in the room it was unfortunately very warm but all in all it was a great stay – thank you for the great stay!! 😍

We really enjoyed our stay with Josip. He and his family are very friendly and helpful. Due to a delay of our flight we arrived very late in the evening and the supermarkets were already closed. He and his wife brought eggs, soup, meat and bread for the evening and morning. During the week they brought us a nice watermelon too. During our stay something accidentally broke in the house and the contact about this with Josip was very good: it was repaired the same day. We had a rental car and this was very nice because the house is a bit remote. The house is right next to the airport and there are often planes flying over. This brings some ‘noise’ my daughter (1 years old) liked the airplanes. We had lots of fun playing with water in the garden, lovely bbq’s and just a lovely time. We used the airco in the living room a lot but we wouldn't have minded if there had been air conditioning in the bedrooms too. Thanks Josip (and family).

We had a wonderful stay at Josip's apartment as a family of five. The apartment is very spacious, equipped with everything you need and everything was super clean. Fresh fruit, wine and fresh flowers were ready at the reception. The outdoor area with the pool is also beautiful. Josip was always reachable when something was needed.
If you are looking for some peace, this is the place to be and the nearest beach, restaurants and cities are within easy reach by car. There is a lot to do and rest wonderfully. We will definitely come back.
