L'appartement de luxe Domus Borelli a été complètement restauré en avril 2026, et bien sûr, il dispose de la climatisation, ainsi que d'une connexion Internet optique rapide. Il est situé dans une cour intérieure calme, à l'écart du bruit des foules touristiques, mais à proximité de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour. Dès que vous sortez dans la rue, vous trouverez l'un des meilleurs restaurants que Zadar ait à offrir (4 Kantuna), de nombreux cafés, bars, boulangeries, boutiques de souvenirs, une pharmacie et bien d'autres choses encore. La rue principale Kalelarga n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied, tout comme la belle promenade en bord de mer appelée Riva. Un excellent emplacement associé à un design élégant font de cet appartement un choix idéal pour vos prochaines vacances à Zadar !

It is located right in the historic city centre, but the apartment windows face an inner courtyard, so the accommodation is extremely quiet. The apartment is new, modern, and equipped with every comfort, including an adjustable bed mattress operated by remote control. We also had access to a well-equipped kitchen.
Everything was simply perfect and exactly as shown in the photos. Petar was truly kind and helpful. He suggested several parking options nearby, as well as local beaches and restaurants. He personally welcomed us upon arrival and made a point of saying goodbye when we checked out. We highly recommend it! |

As it was our first trip to Zadar, his advice made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town, with restaurants, shops, historical attractions, and beaches all within walking distance. What impressed us the most was Petar’s kindness, care, and hospitality. He was always available, attentive, and genuinely wanted us to have the best possible stay.
