Villa Storia es una hermosa finca ubicada en el interior de Šibenik, a solo 15 km de la playa más cercana. Rodeada de naturaleza virgen y cerca del Parque Nacional de Krka, es un lugar donde encontrará total privacidad y finalmente podrá tomar el descanso que tanto necesita de las tareas de la vida cotidiana. Con su piscina privada, una cancha de baloncesto y un parque infantil, este alojamiento que acepta mascotas ofrece unas vacaciones tranquilas y sin estrés para 2 familias o un grupo de hasta 8 personas.
El interior de su casa de vacaciones recién construida se extiende por dos plantas y cuenta con 3 dormitorios, todos con acceso a sus propios baños en suite. En la planta baja encontrará una cocina totalmente equipada de planta abierta, una zona de estar y comedor con chimenea, así como un aseo adicional. Los 3 dormitorios con aire acondicionado, televisores y cajas de seguridad se encuentran en la planta superior, donde también tiene un maravilloso balcón con vistas a la piscina y los campos cercanos. Una encantadora terraza cubierta en la planta baja cuenta con una barbacoa de piedra, una gran mesa de comedor y una zona de estar. Desde allí tiene acceso directo a su increíble piscina privada y a un precioso jardín que incluye una cancha de baloncesto, un parque infantil con columpios, un trampolín, una mesa de ping-pong, una pista de bochas, 5 bicicletas y mucho más... Hay un amplio espacio de aparcamiento privado para los huéspedes, así como una conexión WiFi rápida.
Su casa también tiene una excelente ubicación, ya que el Parque Nacional de Krka se puede alcanzar en solo 15 minutos en coche, al igual que el Parque Natural del Lago Vrana y los pueblos costeros de Pirovac y Vodice. Tanto Zadar como Split se encuentran a menos de una hora, mientras que Šibenik se puede alcanzar en media hora. Villa Storia was absolutely perfect for our family of five. The home is beautiful and is in a great location to get away from city life. Our kids loved the pool, trampoline and basketball court. It was easy to make a meal in their outdoor grillto drive about 20-30minutes to the nearest town. The host was also very responsive and kind. A bottle of wine and charcuterie welcomed us upon our arrival. We will definitely be back!

The house is amazing. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and its own TV. The view from the balcony upstairs is also magnificent and the hosts very nice. I can only recommend the house for a vacation, it was very nice.

The house is very modern with 3 bedrooms with seperate bathrooms, one living room with a sleeping couch and a very well equipped kitchen (+ toilet). Surrounding the house are olive trees (and one very lovely fig tree) and of course the pool! It was even bigger than we expected. We loved spending our evenings on the terrace to watch the sundown after spending all day in the pool! The way to the autobahn is short which makes it easy to get to other citiesthe beach if you are looking for that. Also big thanks to the hosts, who were always quickly reacting to our questions/requests! Overall: the perfect place to stay!

Besides that as the other reviews said Lucija and her family were such great hosts. We were welcomed with wine, cheese, ham and more and Lucija was super fast and helpful with her responses. All in all, this was a perfect week for the six of us and we would recommend it to everyone looking for a vacation home.

We got a warm welcome from Lucija and her family and we even nice a dish with cheese and air dried ham, coke as well as wines and olive oil of our own production (we also bought some bottles of home). A lovely house in the middle of their olive grove and with a nice and large pool with good sun loungers. We were several times in Tribunj, which is a really cozy town a little drive from there. We would love to come again and highly recommend Villa Storia.

The villa is an absolute dream! We were there for a week with five girls and were completely satisfied. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need and very nicely and lovingly furnished. Highlight is the entire outdoor area with many play & employment opportunities and the large heated pool. Communication with the hosts could not have been better - at any time and easily accessible. We were received extremely warmly and immediately felt at home. Even though the place is relatively remote, a small grocery store with the most necessary things is right in town Lidl, Kaufland and co. are only about 20 minutes away. We would like to sincerely thank Lucija, who has made it extremely easy for us to feel completely comfortable due to her warm nature. We would come back at any time! :-)

All around we had a great stay - not only a (very early) check-in was made possible, but also beyond, everything was done to allow us a nice stay. For example, homemade olive oil, cheese and ham were waiting for us to welcome you right from the start. Due to the secluded location of the house, we could listen to music, play basketball, table tennis and much more at any time of day and relax by the pool. The distant neighbors, whom we were allowed to get to know briefly, were also very nice (including a cuddly dog). We felt comfortable throughout and were particularly impressed by the openness and child friendliness of the Croats. Thanks for everything and see you soon!

It has all the comforts and many quality amenities (inside and out). We highly recommend these hosts and the villa in which we had a great vacation.
