La casa de vacaciones Momo con su maravillosa piscina privada de infinity disfruta de una ubicación tranquila y rural en el pueblo de Kakma. Ubicado a solo 7 km de Biograd na Moru y sus hermosas playas, este es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de unas vacaciones relajadas con mucha privacidad.
Esta casa de piedra ha sido recientemente renovada por completo y ahora cuenta con muebles rústicos y piedra local. El interior consta de un hermoso espacio de estar, una cocina abierta y totalmente equipada y dos amplias habitaciones con baño privado. Hay una habitación adicional en el altillo con 2 camas individuales disponible para 2 adultos.
Esto hace que la casa de vacaciones Momo sea una opción perfecta para un grupo de hasta 6 personas.
Desde la sala de estar tienes acceso directo a la amplia terraza cubierta de 70 m² y una hermosa piscina de infinity con tumbonas. Hay una gran parrilla disponible en el jardín y un baño exterior. La agradable terraza cuenta con una mesa de comedor y bonito mobiliario exterior, perfecto para relajarse junto a tu familia o amigos. Puedes aparcar tu coche, hasta 2, en tu propia propiedad bajo el porche.
Puedes llegar al mar Adriático en menos de 10 minutos en coche; aquí puedes elegir entre playas de arena, guijarros o piedras. Desde aquí salen los paseos diarios en barco a las islas Kornati. A 8 km de tu casa de vacaciones encontrarás otra reserva natural, el lago Vrana; un lugar ideal para pescadores y observadores de aves. En menos de una hora en coche también puedes visitar el parque nacional de Paklenica y las cascadas de Krka, así como la antigua ciudad de Zadar.

The house had everything necessary, we had everything we needed, we had everything we needed. The pool was always very clean Sasha came in the eveningsin the morning to take care of it. The two bedrooms are separated by the living room and kitchen, perfect for parents who don't want to wake up by the kids who like to get up early. The situation of the house was very good for us, close to Krka National Park, Zadar and Biograd where you can go to the beach and also take a trip to the Kornati Islands. And a little further the wonderful Parque Plivitce. We definitely recommend the house, we will definitely be back

We had a great holiday in Sasha's holiday home in Kakma. He was very friendly and we could really ask him anything! The villa was perfectly furnished and had really everything you would want. Also, all 6 beds were excellent and exactly matched the photos (sometimes even more beautiful and luxurious). The air conditioning worked perfectly and was "a must have" in this warm weather. Kakma is a very quiet town with a small neighborhood super who has everything. It is also a quiet village and has a great vineyard (with wine tasting and tour) at MasVin. Well worthwhile. Walking is possible from the apartment, but it is a warm trek. Furthermore, you also have a town in 10 minutes (Biograd na Moru) with all facilities and nice tourist beach. We are very satisfied with Sasha and his apartment and therefore also with the travel organization My Dalmatia, which provides such houses in the area with vacationers. Thank you and maybe see you again

The days at Sascha's place felt like a vacation at all times. Sascha was very friendly and uncomplicated. The house is very privately located, without outside access. The garden is well maintained and green. Due to the overflow and daily care, the pool was always clean. The rooms in the house are large and nicely decorated. There's no inappropriate stuff. On the main road, which is within walking distance, there is a small shop. You can buy fresh bread for breakfast there. Directly opposite there is a fruit and vegetable stand. Large supermarkets are a 7-minute drive away. A perfect place to relax. We love this place very much and had a really good time. Thank you Sascha.

It is a charming house, equipped with everything you need, a big garden and a nice pool. Within 15mins driving time you can reach several beaches. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 children and it was very comfortable. Definitely worth going there again.
