Das Ferienhaus Olive Garden ist ein wunderschönes Anwesen im Hinterland von Šibenik, nur 15 km vom nächsten Strand in Vodice entfernt. Umgeben von unberührter Natur und in der Nähe des Nationalparks Krka, ist es ein Ort, an dem Sie die dringend benötigte Privatsphäre finden und endlich eine Pause vom Alltag machen können. Mit seinem privaten Swimmingpool und einem Kinderspielplatz bietet Olive Garden einen ruhigen, stressfreien Urlaub für eine Gruppe von bis zu 6 Personen.
Das Ferienhaus Olive Garden besteht aus einem geräumigen, neu renovierten Wohn-/Essbereich, einer voll ausgestatteten offenen Küche, 2 liebevoll eingerichteten Schlafzimmern und einem modernen Badezimmer. Ihnen stehen ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, eine schnelle WLAN-Verbindung wird bereitgestellt sowie 2 private Parkplätze. In Ihrem schönen Garten, der voller Olivenhaine ist, finden Sie einen schönen Pool, einen Kinderspielplatz, 2 überdachte Terrassen, die ideal zum Essen im Freien sind, eine Solardusche, viele Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirme und Ihre eigenen Grillmöglichkeiten. Sie können frisches Gemüse wie Tomaten, Gurken, Paprika aus dem Garten pflücken und Ihr Gastgeber stellt Ihnen auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung, falls Sie die Umgebung erkunden möchten.
Ihr Haus liegt auch in einer guten Lage, da der Nationalpark Krka in einer kurzen 15-minütigen Autofahrt zu erreichen ist, ebenso wie der Naturpark Vrana-See und die Küstenstädte Pirovac und Vodice. Sowohl Zadar als auch Split sind weniger als eine Stunde entfernt, während Šibenik in einer halben Stunde erreichbar ist. All dies macht Olive Garden zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt, um die ländliche Atmosphäre Dalmatiens zu genießen und gleichzeitig den Rest dieser erstaunlichen Region zu erkunden.

We liked the stay very much. Above all, the terrace with the beautiful garden, the great pool with steps and shower and the peace and quiet were great. The apartment was equipped with everything you needed. What is exceptional is the honest and warm hospitality of the owners, who live on their own property next door. We were occasionally treated to small gifts and delicious homemade food, and there were pleasant conversations. At the same time, you always had peace and privacy and it was never intrusive. All necessary shopping facilities, beautiful sights and a variety of bathing opportunities by the sea can be reached by car in 15 to 30 minutes. Zadar and Split are nice day trips if you miss some of the hustle and bustle. In our opinion, this is a perfect holiday home if you want peace and privacy and want to go on excursions every now and then. Many thanks and greetings again to the great owners.

The apartment was equipped with everything you need. What stood out was the honest and heartfelt hospitality of the owners, who live on a separate property next door. From time to time, we were treated with little gifts and delicious homemade food, and we had pleasant conversations. At the same time, we always had our peace and privacy, it never felt intrusive. All necessary shopping options, beautiful sights, and various swimming spots by the sea can be reached by car in 15 to 30 minutes. Zadar and Split are great for day trips if you miss a bit of bustle. The location is great. Zadar, Šibenik, Split and the KRKA National Park can be reached quickly by car from here. As well as the countless coastal towns with their fantastic bays. The owners live in a secluded spot on the neighbouring property and are super nice. They unobtrusively looked after the pool early every morning and always endeavoured to make us feel very comfortable during our stay. In between, they spoilt us time and again with delicious homemade regional delicacies. We will miss the beautiful view of the olive trees from the terrace and the evening sunset. If you like it quiet and want to relax, this is the place to be. However, you are definitely dependent on a car. The outdoor area was very nice and cozy. The interior is perfectly adequate. Lovely villa with very kind and helpful hosts, who live in another property in the grounds. Very clean and lots of good spaces for dining. Pool kept very clean. Lots to do nearby with only short drives needed.

For the reception there was a delicious soup and a large plate with more than enough meat from the barbecue for all . The accommodation is clean and well maintained,as is the private pool that is available for your exclusive use. One point to improve would be at least fans for the two bedrooms,only the living area / dining area is equipped with air conditioning. About the location: The house is about 30 minutes drive from the beach. If you want to have it quiet and only need the pool to relax, this is the place. A small supermarket that sells everything necessary,including chilled drinks and fruit,is only 500 m up the street and easily accessible on foot. Positive is the short distance to the Krka waterfalls and the national park. Many thanks again to the landlords !!
